The TCM Diagnosis Scale Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Turbidity Syndrome In Chronic Renal Failure

Objective:To establish the quantitative diagnostic criteria and model of the spleen deficiency and dampness turbidity syndrome in chronic renal fa ilure,and to provide normative and objective measures for the clinical sy ndrome differentiation.Methods:At first,the scale items and retrieval scope were determined afte r the group discussion.Then,according to the literature retrieval,the poo 1 of four diagnosis information items was established by searching ancien t and modern consilias related to the spleen deficiency and dampness turb idity syndrome in chronic renal failure.After steps of normalized collati ng、selecting by the core group、Delphi expert questionnaire survey、pres urvey and so on,we got the first version of diagnostic scale.Based on thi s scale,we collected clinical cases information to set up the datebase.Af ter that,we screend the items further by using all kinds of statistical m ethods.Then the second version of the scale was formed.And then we tested the reliability and validity of the scale.At last,we calculated the weigh t coefficient by the way of combining subjective assignment with objectiv e assignment.What’s more,we got the diagnostic model、threshold and the criteria of classification.Results:We established standard diagnostic scale of spleen deficiency and dampness turbidity syndrome in chronic renal failure.After comprehensive evaluation,the diagnostic criteria was proved to have good reliability an d validity.What’s more,relying on above work,we established the diagnost ic threshold of 194.5 points,as well as the classification of this syndro me.According to the diagnostic test,the specifity、sensitivity and accura cy were all proved high.Conclusion:On the basis of scientific and quantized developmentand verifi cation,the quantized diagnostic criteria of spleen deficiency and dampnes s turbidity syndrome in chronic renal failure embodies a combination of s ubjective and objective research methods,which means that the development of the scale combines with much subjective experience of physicians,boost ing clinical practicability of the scale.Meanwhile,the development of the scale satisfies the objective and standard requirement of the quantized s yndrome differentiation,so the scale has good operability、practicability and veracity.This study provides standardized scale for the further resea rch about the spleen deficiency and dampness turbidity syndrome in chroni c renal failure,as well as the objective evaluation of the clinical syndr ome treatment effect.
