Objective:Statisticsing and analysising of the risk factors associated with functional constipation in children and the characteristics of TCM Constitution. Then exploring the relationship and interaction between these two aspects and the disease, and last proposing the interventions about the relevant factors of the disease、home nursing guidance and clinical constitution conditioning. Methods: The children in the pilot group are those who are treated in outpatient clinics and wards of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospitals from January 2019 to January 2020 and who meet the criteria for selection,at the same time, the health care children with no medical history of the disease are the control group. Both groups use the same questionnaire method to record the general information, clinical data and the TCM Constitution.General information: gender, age;Clinical data:factors related to the mother(mother’s age of childbirth、mother’s pre-pregnancy weight),parents’ awareness of disease, family genetic history, antibiotic use, sleep time, lung disease, obesity, exercise, deliberate non-defecation,dietary factor(protein food、vegetable),mental and psychological factors(mood、personality);Develop a TCM Constitution mass table and determine the type of Constitution.Organizing and establishing the database, and then using SPSS22.0 statistical software to carry out statistical analysis of the data. Results : In a single-factor control study of factors associated with functional constipation in children, there are significant differences in the mother’s pre-pregnancy weight, parents’ awareness of disease, the use of antibiotics, the family genetic history of the disease, deliberate non-defecation,protein food consumption and personality, and based on the regression analysis of logistic in the multi-factor two classification, parents’ awareness of disease, the use of antibiotics, the genetic history of the family of the disease and deliberate non-defecation are the risk factors of functional constipation in children;100 cases of functional constipation of children The partial constitution type mainly are Heart and Liver fire and Spleen and Stomach fire; There are statistical differences between antibiotic use and protein food consumption with the Spleen and Stomach fire, and there are also statistical differences between the sleep time and mood with the Heart and Liver fire;Proposing the intervention method about the related factors from the aspects of birth, parents, children and medical workers;Conditioning the Constitution from the lifestyle adjustment, improvement of eating habits, emotional conditioning and child massage and other aspects. Conclusions : 1.Parents’ awareness of disease, the use of antibiotics, the family genetic history of the disease and deliberating non-defecation are the risk factors of functional constipation in children;2.The TCM Constitution about functional constipation in children is mainly partial constitution, and Heart and Liver fire and Spleen and Stomach fire are susceptible constitution, and the equilibrium constitution is intended constitution, and which can guide the prevention and treatment of this disease;3.Sleep time and mood are related to Heart and Liver fire, and the use of antibiotics and consumption of protein foods are associated with Spleen and Stomach fire, which can guide clinical constitution conditioning;4.Based on the above findings, the interventions about the relevant factors of the disease、home nursing guidance and clinical Constitution conditioning can be put forward.
