| Objective: The aim is to study the clinical effect of the new bridge combined internal fixation system combined with bone grafting in the treatment of bone nonunion after femoral fracture under the theoretical guidance of "combination of dynamic and static" in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods: 50 patients with aseptic nonunion after femoral shaft fracture surgery in the960 th Hospital of PLA in the past 5 years from September 2014 to November 2019 were selected as the sample of this study, and patients who met the inclusion exclusion criteria were selected according to the patient’s The choice of surgical plan is divided into two groups, the BCFS group using the new bridge combined internal fixation system surgery plan, and the LCP group using the locking compression plate internal fixation system surgery plan. After the traditional Chinese medicine treatment and rehabilitation exercise. The length of surgery, blood loss during operation, length of incision, etc.and the length of hospital stay in the two groups were compared.Through follow-up,the two groups of patients were compared for the occurrence of complications,4 months postoperative healing and fracture healing time. The X-ray examination of the observation group and the control group was conducted during the re-examination with reference to the diagnosis and treatment guidelines of the Chinese medicine orthopedics department, and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: Compared with LCP group,BCFS group had shorter operative time and less intraoperative blood loss. There was no significant difference between the two groups. The healing status and recovery time in the BCFS group were significantly better than those in the LCP group at 4 months after surgery, and the complications were significantly less than those in the LCP group, showing a statistical difference(p < 0.05).Conclusion: The bridge combined internal fixation system(BCFS)consists of a unique combination of nails and rods, which avoids direct contact with the fracture end and can be placed on the periosteal. It is a micro-motion elastic fixation that can effectively fix the fracture end It can slide slightly in the axial direction, and continuous axial compression during fracture healing produces active longitudinal compressive stress on the fracture end.It is a biomechanical compression effect to promote fracture healing. This is a good example of the dialectical unity of the two contradictory forms of "dynamic" and "static" in the "combination of dynamic and static" in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Chinese Medicine. It proves that the theoretical basis of "combination of motion and static" in traditional Chinese medicine has good clinical guiding significance.Under the guidance of this theory, the use of a bridging system to treat bone nonunion after femoral fracture has good clinical value. |
