Research On The Correlation Between Inflammatory Factors And The Syndromes Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Object:To explore the correlation between inflammatory cytokines and the Syndro-mes of TCM in Arteriosclerosis obliterans, and provide the objective evidence for ASO's clinical differential classification and treatment.Methods:Screening 60 cases of ASO as study object (30 cases in blood stasis type group and 30 cases in damp-heat type group), We choose the 7 clinical index of the disease and apply statistics which include Rank sum test, t test etc. To explore the relativity between familiar syndrome differention of TCM (including blood stasis type and damp-heat type)and clinical index.The clinical index include APTT-S,FIB,IL-1,Hs-CRP,TNF,LP(α),ABI. Finally using Logistic regression equation constructed discriminant fnction,it can be used to predict the patien- ts with different syndromes of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Result:Using Logistic regression equation constructed discriminant function, and we sieve the results which co- ntribute most to diagnose of the ASO:APTT-S and Hs-CRP.Conclusion:APTT-S and Hs-CRP contributes most to the diagnose of the syndromes of TCM in ASO,by these microcosmic reference index we can easily diagnose the syndromes of TCM in ASO. By discriminant function,we can preliminary prognose the patient's TCM Syndrome Differe-ntiation.
