Clinical Observation Of Warming The Liver And Nourishing The Heart In The Treatment Of Patients With Mild And Moderate Depression With Heart-liver Yang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and comparing haloperid ol metretrexine(delisine),this paper discussed the effectiveness of war ming liver and nourishing heart in the treatment of mild and moderate dep ression with Yang-deficiency of heart and liver,thus opening up a new wa yof treating mild and moderate depression with traditional Chinese medici ne.Methods:The 66 included patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine test group and western medicine control group(33 cases each).T he experimental group was given warm liver and heart-nourishing jieyu dec oction,one dose a day,and the hospital decoction,while the control gro up was given one tablet of haloperazide ton of merritoxin(delicin)in th e morning and noon(only one tablet in the morning for elderly patients).Treatment was 4 weeks in both groups.The clinical efficacy could be dete rmined after the treatment,and the changes in TCM syndromes,symptom sco res,HAMD and SDS scale scores of the two groups of patients were observe d,and the adverse reactions in the treatment were recordedResults:61 patients were actually included,including 30 in the expe rimental group and 31 in the control group,due to poor compliance and vo luntary withdrawal.The total effective rate of the experimental group wa s 86.67%,while the control group was 83.87%,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Both groups showed similar improve ment in depression.In addition,compared with the control group,the exp erimental group had a more significant effect on the improvement of syndr omes and symptoms of heart and liver Yang deficiency(P<0.01 or 0.05),espe cially in the symptoms of chills,cold limbs,timidity and uneasiness,po ortolerance,poor sleep.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the exp erimental group.Conclusion:For the mild and moderate depression patients with heart and liver Yang deficiency,both groups have good clinical efficacy.In ad dition,the effect of warm liver and hearting care was more significant t han that of the control group on the improvement of syndromes and symptom s of heart and liver Yang deficiency.It can be used in clinic safely.
