Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mild To Moderate Depression With Clustering Of Shen Ting Point

Objective:Observe the therapeutic effect of cluster needling on Shen Ting acupoint for the treatment of mild to moderate depression,and evaluate the clinical value ofcluster needling on Shenting acupoint for the treatment of mild to moderate depression.METHODS:A total of 62 depressive patients were included in the study.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture,acupuncturing Baihui,Yintang,Danzhong and bilateral Shenmen,Taichong,and Neiguan acupoints.Patients in the treatment group received cluster needling on Shenting acupoint after receiving basic treatment in the control group,treatment.Patients in both groups received acupuncture 30 minutes once a day,once a week,6 days for continuous treatment,and 1 day rest.The process lasts for 4 weeks.Then the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(H AMD),HAMD score reduction rate,ZUNG Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS)and TCM symptom grading scale were used as observation indexes to assess and compare scales before and after treatment in both groups.The statistical results were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS 24.0.Result:1.The scores of HAMD,SDS,and TCM symptoms before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,p<0.05,and there was a significant difference.It shows that both methods are effective for the treatment of mild to moderate depression,2.After treatment,the scores of HAMD,SDS and TCM symptom scores between the two groups were significantly different(p<0.05).The results showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group on mild to moderate depression was better than that of the control group.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,according to the HAMD score reduction rate,the total effective rate was 93.55%in the treatment group and 90.32%in the control group.Compared with the efficacy of the two groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the total effective rate.Conclusion:1.cluster needling on Shenting acupoint method and common acupuncture therapy can significantly improve the syndromes of TCM in mild to moderate depression,and cluster needling on Shenting acupoint method is better than ordinary acupuncture therapy.2.cluster needling on Shenting acupoint can reduce the HAMD and SDS scores of patients with depression,improve the degree of depression in patients,and have a significant effect in the treatment of mild to moderate depression.3.cluster needling on Shenting acupoint method and ordinary acupuncture treatment of mild to moderate depression have better therapeutic effect,cluster needling on Shenting acupoint method is better than common acupuncture therapy.
