| Objective: The software of TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)was used to summarize and analyze the regularity of prescription medication in the treatment of childhood asthma(acute attack).Methods: From January 2019 to December 2019,398 prescriptions for the treatment of childhood asthma(acute attack period)in the outpatient clinic of affiliated hospital of shandong university of Chinese medicine were selected,and the prescription details were recorded into the software of TCM inheritance assistant system(V2.5)to analyze the characteristics of drug use.Results: This study collected 398 prescriptions,involving 146 Chinese medicine taste,from statistical analysis using frequency of more than 100 commonly used Chinese traditional medicine for a total of 15,commonly used drug combinations,a total of 316 data,contains 15 Chinese traditional medicine,based on the analysis of association rules analysis formula formula rules get the correlation coefficient is above 0.02 on a total of 34 based on complex system entropy clustering,get a 3~5 herbs combined core group of 8groups of hierarchical clustering algorithm based on unsupervised entropy,access to eight new prescription.Conclusion:(1)Common treatments for childhood asthma(acute attack)include:promoting lung asthma,reducing phlegm by dampness,reducing gas and relieving cough,relieving asthma,relieving lung asthma,clearing heat and relieving phlegm,collecting lung asthma,and warming the lung with decoction.(2)High-frequency use of drugs to promote lung asthma antipyretic cough expectorant drugs.(3)Prescription drugs are divided by four qi,mainly cold and warm drugs in the majority;Divided by five flavors,mainly bitter,spicy and sweet;According to the normal division,the main lung through the spleen through the stomach.(4)Treatment commonly used drug combination: to shoot dried ephedra decoction plus reduction and dingchuan decoction plus reduction mainly.(5)The new prescription should be considered from the following aspects: wet phlegm,wind and blood stasis,cold and heat. |
