The Research Of Rules Of Prescriptions From Professor Zhang Di About The Treatment Of Childhood Asthma At Acute Stage Based On The TCM Inheritance Support System

Objective: To summarize the composing principles of the prescriptions and prepare for the development of the new medicine and inherit the clinical experience of professor Zhang Di,using TCM inheritance support system(V2.5)to analyze the prescriptions given by professor Zhang Di for Childhood Asthma at Acute Stage.Methods:This research collected cases of Childhood Asthma at acute stage patients’ basic situation and that were treated by my tutor in The first affiliated hospital of Hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to December2017,we acquired 292 cases of 180 patients after the double screening of the inclusion criteria and exclusion standarise,then input the relevant data into the TCM inheritance support system software.,using the data analysis system of the software,to analyze and summarize his prescription rules in the treatment of Childhood Asthma at Acute Stage.Results:1.The symptoms and signs appear frequently in the top 10,which are cough,sputum,slightly wheezing,wheezing,nasal discharge,nasal obstruction,occasionally cough,wheezing rale,and red throat.2.The most commonly used top 10 herbs are: Licorice,cortex mori,perilla seed,ginkgo seed,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona,balloonflower,tussilago farfara,aster,cortex lycii radicis.3.About property and flavor of the herbs,the warm drug,bitter drug and sweet drugs were most used,about meridian distribution of the herbs,the lung channel,the spleen channel and the stomach channel were most.4.The 15 key drugs extracted from the key drug analysis function are:cortex mori,balloonflower,cortex lycii radicis,poria cocos,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona,perilla seed,ginkgo seed,almond,honey-fried ephedra,tussilago farfara,licorice,aster,galli stomachichum corium,hawthorn.5.The top 3 medicine suits combinate by two herbs are:perilla seed and ginkgo seed;glaucescent swallowwort and stemona;cortex mori and perilla seed.The top three medicine suits combinate by three herbs are:cortex mori,perilla seed and ginkgo seed;glaucescent swallowwort,stemona and perilla seed;glaucescent swallowwort,stemona and cortex mori.The top three medicine suits combinate by four herbs are:ginkgo seed,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona and perilla seed;cortex mori,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona and perilla seed;ginkgo seed,cortex mori,glaucescent swallowwort and perilla seed.6.While the degree of support set to 70% and the confidence level is set to 0.99,the analysis extracted 7 core herbs as follow:cortex mori,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona,ginkgo seed,perilla seed,balloonflower and licorice.7.While the degree of support set to 70% and the confidence level is set to 0.99,the analysis extracted 14 core medicine suits:schisandra chinensis,stemona and glaucescent swallowwort;stemona,glaucescent swallowwort and areca peel;stemona,glaucescent swallowwort and plaster stone;tussilago farfara,honey-fried ephedra and coix seed;glaucescent swallowwort,stemona,tussilago farfara and aster;poria cocos,honey-fried ephedra and peucedanum;great burdock achene,weeping forsythia and viola chinensis;cortex lycii radicis,white peony root,poria cocos,almond and magnolia officinalis;stemona,lophatherum gracile brongn and glaucescent swallowwort;tussilago farfara,honey-fried ephedra and liriope;glaucescent swallowwort,aster and astragalus;poria cocos,almond and honey-fried ephedra;great burdock achene,liriope and radix scrophulariae;cortex lycii radicis,white peony root,poria cocos,almond and uncaria.8.While the degree of astragalus;poria cocos,almond,honey-fried ephedra and peucedanum;liriope,radix scrophulariae,great burdock achene,weeping forsythia and viola chinensis;cortex lycii radicis,poria cocos,almond,white peony root,uncaria and magnolia officinalis.Conclusions:1.In 292 cases of treatment of childhood asthma at acute stage,Professor Zhang Di only use 84 Chinese herbs,and the 15 key herbs extracted from the analysis are:cortex mori,balloonflower,cortex lycii radicis,poria cocos,glaucescent,and which are the composition of his own prescription which is named Jiang Qi Ping Chuan decoction and which is based on Ding Chuan decoction,and embody the main treatment is removing evil,phlegm and relieving cough,reducing qi and smoothing wheezing.2.About property and flavor of the herbs in treatment of childhood asthma at acute stage by Professor Zhang Di,the warm drug,bitter drug and sweet drugs were most used,about meridian distribution of the herbs,the lung channel,the spleen channel and the stomach channel were most.it is confirmed that asthma is mainly induced by exogenous pathogenic factors,especially exogenous pathogenic wind and cold,and the disease location is considered about lung and spleen..3.The 7 core herbs in treatment of childhood asthma at acute stage by Professor Zhang Di as follow:cortex mori,glaucescent swallowwort,stemona,ginkgo seed,perilla seed,balloonflower and licorice,and the most core herbs are:cortex mori,ginkgo seed,perilla seed and licorice.4.The 14 groups of core drug combinations and 7 new prescription combinations extracted by TCM inheritance support system only stay on the theoretical level.The practical application still needs to further demonstrate its rationality and effectiveness through clinical practice.5.The mining and analysis methods of TCM inheritance auxiliary system are scientific and easy to operate,the mining analysis methods are diverse,it helps us to improve the level of summarize the experience of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM.6.TCM treatments of Bronchial asthma have many advantages,such as flexible,experienced,curative effect,syndrome differentiation treatment,medication selectivity,less side effects,economic material benefit and with strong clinical applicability,it is worthy of further promotion and research.
