Objective: By comparing the effects of the experimental group and the control group on the treatment of sacroiliac joint fascial hernia,the effectiveness mechanism of needle knife release treatment for this disease is explored to provide a new treatment plan for the clinic.Methods: This study was divided into two groups using random,single-blind,and controlled principles.Each group of 36 patients was treated with needle knife loosening as the test group and ordinary acupuncture as the control group.Refer to the VAS scoring method,dysfunction questionnaire,and Evaluation criteria for the efficacy of low back pain,SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used for data analysis,and the difference between the two groups was observed.Results: After the course of treatment,the data analysis and statistics: post-treatment VAS score(p<0.05);Limb dysfunction questionnaire score after treatment(p<0.05);the efficacy evaluation standard for low back pain is obtained,and there is no difference in effectiveness(P>0.05);The difference between the obvious healing rate(P<0.05);all indicated that the experimental group had more significant curative effect.Conclusion: The curative effect of the test group is better than that of the control group,which shows that the needle knife release can last for a long time and provide a new treatment plan for the disease.
