Relatives of lung cancer patients,as the the most important person of lung cancer patients,play the role of "caregiver" and "accompanier".They do not only bear the economic pressure of real treatment,but also receive the emotional pressure from patients,doctors and other social groups.In order to be able to communicate effectively with various groups,the use of emotional discourse has also become a necessary daily skill for lung relatives.With the development of the Internet,people quickly obtain information from smart devices,seek emotional comfort,and can even obtain certain material economic benefits.Compared with real life,through the emotional discourse exchange and interaction in the online community,they can get self-identity,find a sense of belonging and dependence.However,in the real world,the recognition and support for the relative groups of patients with lung cancer is not high.How to use emotional interaction to communicate with the public and gain the public’s attention and thus get social help has become the focus of this study.The thesis includes the weak relationship between the lung relatives group and emotional discourse,the QQ group,and the interaction between this group and other groups.Contents from 8^thOctober in 2019 to 8^thJanuary in 2020 in The "Chinese lung cancer patients mutual assistance group" was selected as the object.Chat transcripts,recording and analyzing chat content from emotions,exploring the source and role of emotional pressure in lung relatives,studying how social media can help relieve the pressure of relatives in lungs,and how to use roles to get society Value.The study found that the main emotions in the QQ group chat of the "China Lung Cancer Patients Mutual Aid Group" include anger,helplessness,sympathy,guilt,sadness,etc,and the group’s main role for these group members is in emotions.It makes efforts on Support and venting,as well as the support of popular science and help information: by resolving your anger in the QQ group,expressing your sympathy and helplessness,the process of obtaining members’ emotional support and self-empowerment.In addition,there are several main motivations for the use of the QQ group by relatives of patients with lungs.First of all,they are in the reality of psychological evasion,leading to a reduction in "expressive sympathy" between acquaintances in real life,which has promoted the relatives of patients with lungs cancer to resort to social networks with weak connections and obtain emotional support;Second,doctors and patients exert information and emotional pressure on patient relatives,requiring relatives with lung disease to obtain specific Information;third,because of the loneliness in real life,the relatives of lung sufferers seek online belonging;finally,because of the imperfections of the medical system and the tendency of media discourse to other groups,the relatives of lung sufferers as "Vulnerable groups" are not accepted,and QQ groups can help them gain identity.Therefore,in the end,based on the results of the survey,this article proposes discourse strategies such as “stubbornness”,“weakness”,“collaboration”,and “moral calling” for different groups of people from the perspective of emotional interaction.I hope that the above discourse strategies can help relatives of lung cancer patients Obtaining the identity of the "vulnerable group" of society,deconstruct the original doctor-patient social structure,recognize that the relative group of patients with lung disease occupied an important position in the social structure,and obtain social economic and emotional support.
