This thesis consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the study on the chemical constituents of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.The second chapter is the study on the chemical constituents of Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu.The third chapter is the study on the chemical constituents of Dichroa febrifuga Lour.The fourth chapter is the prediction on anti-inflammatory activity and preliminary validation of the compounds.The fifth chapter is the research progress on anti-inflammatory activity of diterpenes based on inflammatory factors and signaling pathways from 2014 to 2020.In this paper,the chemical constituents of Leonurus japonicus Houtt,Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu and Dichroa febrifuga Lour were separated and identified by various separation techniques and structural identification methods,and the antiinflammatory activity of the isolated compounds was predicted.The first chapter discusses the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of the dried aerial parts of Leonurus japonicus Houtt,a plant of the genus Leonurus in the Labiatae family.Chemical constituents of Leonurus japonicus Houtt.were separated by silica gel column chromatography,reverse ODS-C18 column,gel column,MCI column and other methods.Purification,enrichment,structure determination and property detection of chemical constituents in Leonurus japonicus Houtt were carried out by using HPLC,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS,IR,UV and other methods.16 compounds including 13 diterpenes(8 new compounds)were isolated and identified from 95%ethanol extracts of Leonurus japonicus(origin:Chengdu,Sichuan).Compounds 1~3 are spiro diterpenes,of which compound 1 is norditerpene.The second chapter discusses the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of the dried aerial parts of Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu,a plant of the genus Leonurus in the Labiatae family.Chemical constituents of Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu.were separated by silica gel column chromatography,reverse ODS-C18 column,gel column,MCI column and other methods.Purification,enrichment,structure determination and property detection of chemical constituents in Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu were carried out by using HPLC,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS,IR,UV and other methods.21 compounds including 19 terpenes(10 new compounds)were isolated and identified Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu(origin:Yongping,Yunnan).Among them,compounds 23 and 24 are a pair of epimers,compounds 16 and 17 are Crolane-type diterpenes,and compounds 28 and 29 are a pair of epimers.The third chapter discusses the isolation and identification of the chemical constituents of Dichroa febrifuga Lour,a plant of the genus Dichroa in the Saxifragaceae family.Chemical constituents of Dichroa febrifuga Lour were separated by silica gel column chromatography,reverse ODS-C18 column,gel column,MCI column and other methods.Purification,enrichment,structure determination and property detection of chemical constituents in Dichroa febrifuga Lour were carried out by using HPLC,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS,IR,UV and other methods.13 compounds were isolated and identified from Dichroa febrifuga Lour.(origin:Luxi,Yunnan).The fourth chapter is the prediction on anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds isolated from Leonurus japonicus Houtt,Leonurus artemisia(Lour.)S.Y.Hu var.albiflorus(Migo)S.Y.Hu and Dichroa febrifuga Lour and the activity of some compounds was verified.40 compounds have good docking results,among them,37 compounds met Lipinski’s rule,which may have potential anti-inflammatory activity,the LDH inhibition rate of some compounds preliminarily verified the predicted results of molecular docking,indicating that the molecular docking technology has good reliability,and provide reference for the following research on anti-inflammatory activity.The fifth chapter is a review of the diterpenoids with anti-inflammatory activity and their mechanism of action reported in 2014-2020.The effects of natural diterpenoids on inflammatory mediators and the anti-inflammatory mechanism of natural diterpenoids were introduced.
