| Objective: Based on the theoretical of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper explores the symptoms of TCM and epidemiology of androgenetic alopecia,summarizes the syndrome pattern of androgenetic alopecia,and provides a basis for the standardization of TCM syndrome differentiation of androgenetic alopecia.Methods: Taking the four diagnostic methods of TCM as the core and combining with the clinical characteristics of the disease,a clinical questionnaire was designed after consulting experts.During the period from May 1,2018 to December 31,2018,the cases in the dermatology clinic of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Henan Provincial People’s Hospital and Zhumadian City Hospital were collected.There were 204 valid questionnaires.The contents of the questionnaire were entered by Epi Data3.1 software,then we established a database.Imported Excel and SPSS22.0,we used descriptive analysis to analyze the general data,life habits and alopecia.The SPSS22.0 software was introduced,and the collected clinical symptoms were analyzed by cluster analysis,factor analysis,chi-square test,variance test and other statistical methods.The clinical characteristics of the disease were analyzed,and the common Chinese medicines for androgen alopecia were summarized dialectical classification.Results: In the 204 survey cases,the male-female ratio was 3.7:1.The average age was(29.20±7.08)years old.According to the BASP classification method,169 patients with mild to moderate AGA,23 patients with moderate to severe AGA,and 12 patients with severe AGA.The top ten symptoms in clinical frequency are alopecia,soft hair,greasy scalp,hairy yellow and odor,scalp itching,thin white fur,scalp folliculitis,dandruff,pale tongue,and fatigue.Cluster analysis showed four types of syndromes: damp heat accumulation syndrome,liver melanchosis syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,and yang deficiency and dampness syndrome.Factor analysis showed five syndrome types: yang deficiency dampness syndrome,damp heat accumulation syndrome,liver meridian stagnation syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome.According to the card test,the differences between the syndrome types and gender were statistically significant.According to the one-way analysis of variance,it was found that age has significant influence on each syndrome type,each syndrome type and BMI value are statistically significant.After chi-square test,indicating that there is no statistically significant difference between the basic types of each syndrome and BASP.Conclusion: Seven common syndromes of androgenetic alopecia are summarized: yang deficiency dampness syndrome,liver melanchosis syndrome,damp heat accumulation syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,kidney essence deficiency syndrome,liver spleen deficiency syndrome blood heat and dryness syndrome.The four pathogenesis of yang deficiency,spleen deficiency,dampness and liver depression should be taken seriously in the clinical syndrome differentiation of androgenetic alopecia. |
