Objective:To observe the clinical curative of Xiangsha Weiwei Decoction,which was modified by Professor Li zhengsheng,on the Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG)with Intestinal Metaplasia(IM).The key was to explore the pattern and feature of herbs for this disease,while summarize the academic connotation and thought of the CAG with IM from spleen deficiency.Methods:35 cases,who met the requirements of this study,were included for clinical observation.Those patients were studied before and after treatment,in which the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,gastroscopy and gastric mucosa pathology for the cases were recorded.They should follow the doctors’ advice to take the orally soup of Xiangsha Weiwei.Results:The used of self-Fang Xiangsha Weiwei can improve the symptoms of patients with digestive system discomfort,significantly,as well as it’s more remarkable influence in preventing and reversing gastric mucosa or intestinal metaplasia.This subject certify the efficacy and safety for preventing gastric carcinoma.As we all know the weak of spleen and stomach,which easily developed into spleen deficiency,liver depression and stomach hysteresis,ran through all the course of CAG with IM.While the Qi stagnation and blood stasis had to be started early in the course of this disease.The maim principle was to invigorate Qi and strengthen the Spleen in clinical practice,both smoothen the liver and normalized the stomach.In short,this study expanded the clinical treatment of this disease ideas and methods.
