Objective: to observe the effects of group therapy combined with conventional speech language therapy on quality of life, communication skills, language function and mood in patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke. Methods: twenty patients with post-stroke non-fluent aphasia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 10 cases in each group. The control group used conventional speech language therapy, including listening comprehension, oral expression, reading comprehension, and writing training,5 times a week, each treatment time was 30 minutes, and the free-form language training was performed during the group treatment period;the experimental group arranged a group treatment once a week on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Each treatment time is 1-1.5 hours, and 3-5 patients are a group. The members include patients, family members, speech therapist, and rehabilitation major students. The topics include self-introduction,picture-taking,role-playing,digital solitaire,word-selling,reading,singing,topic discussion and other special training. The treatment duration of the two groups was 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the same speech therapist used the SAQOL-39 g to evaluate the patient’s quality of life and communication ability. The CRRCAE was used to assess the language function of patients.Mainly listening, retelling, naming, vocal reading and reading,The SADQ assesses the emotional changes of patients. The collected data were processed and analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.By comparing the scores of the three scales of the two groups of patients, the role of group therapy combined with conventional speech language therapy in quality of life, communication skills, language function and emotions in patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke was verified. Results: 1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the score of SAQOL-39g: the results of the control group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);the results of the experimental group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.CRRCAE’s listening comprehension, retelling, naming, audio reading, reading score: the results of the control group after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.05);the results of the experimental group after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.SADQ score: The results of the control group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The results of the experimental group were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and better than the control group(P<0.05).It is statistically significant.Conclusions:1.Group therapy combined with conventional speech language therapy can improve the quality of life and communication skills of patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke;2.Group therapy combined with conventional speech language therapy can improve the listening comprehension, retelling, naming, vocal reading and reading of patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke;3.Group therapy combined with conventional speech language therapy can improve the emotional state of patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke, and reduce the patient’s bad depression. |
