Objective:Observe curative temporal region the clinical curative effect of treatment of non fluent aphasia after stroke, to explore its mechanism, for clinical provides a new train of thought.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 60 patients with non fluent aphasia after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases, two groups of patients were given basic drugs.10 cases of 20 cases of treatment group: men, women, mean age 56.20±8.62 (years old), the average duration of 21.47±6.80 (day),19 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,11 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Control group:23 cases of male, female 7 cases, mean age 57.23±8.48 (years old), the average duration of 20.93±5.88 (day),18 cases of patients with cerebral infarction,12 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients. The treatment group use cupping treatment temporal area; The control group given the traditional acupuncture method. Two groups of treatment are:2 times a day, each time electricity 30 minutes, and then retaining needle 30 minutes,6 days for a period of treatment, only one day off after a period of treatment, a total of 6 weeks of treatment.Results:1.The comparison of two groups of patients with ABC grade, each group before and after treatment with significant difference (P< 0.01), score after treatment compared between the two groups (P <0.05), showed that the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.2.Two groups of patients after the treatment, the treatment group and control group total effective rate were 86.67% and 73.33% respectively, the curative effect of the two groups are statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion1.Including temporal region and the traditional acupuncture can improve patients in conversation, comprehension, repetition, naming, the ability of reading.2.Electric acupuncture treatment of temporal region non fluent aphasia after stroke is superior to the control group.
