Objective:Observe the clinical effects of acupuncture-rehabilitation method in non-fluent aphasia after stroke.Method:80 patients with non-fluent aphasia after stroke were random divided into treatment group and control group,40 patients in each group. Speech rehabilitation training has been used in control group; acupuncture-rehabilitation method has been used in treatment group. Treat once a day,5 days a week, eight weeks for treat period. Treat before and after adopting Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) and observed two groups of patients with spontaneous language fluency, listening comprehension, retelling, naming and the changes of Aphasia Quotient (AQ).Result:1. Fluency of spontaneous language:Before the treatment, compared spontaneous language fluency score of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the spontaneous language fluency score of treatment group is higher than before treatment, significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the spontaneous language fluency score of control group was also increases, significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the spontaneous language fluency score of treatment group are higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).2. Listening comprehension:before the treatment, compared listening comprehension score of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the listening comprehension score of treatment group is higher than before treatment, significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the listening comprehension score of control group was also increases, significant difference (P< 0.05). After treatment, the listening comprehension score of treatment group are higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).3. Repeat:before the treatment, compared repeat score of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the repeat score of treatment group is higher than before treatment, significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the repeat score of control group was also increases, significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, compared repeat score of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05).4. Naming:before the treatment, compared naming score of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the naming score of treatment group is higher than before treatment, significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the naming score of control group was also increases, significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the naming score of treatment group are higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).5. Aphasia quotient (AQ):before the treatment, compared AQ of two groups, there is no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the AQ of treatment group is higher than before treatment, significant difference (P<0.05); after treatment, the AQ of control group was also increases, significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the AQ of treatment group are higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Acupuncture-rehabilitation method improves the non-fluent aphasia patient’s spontaneous language fluency, comprehension and naming ability is better than pure speech rehabilitation training.2. Acupuncture-rehabilitation method improve the non-fluent aphasia patient’s aphasia quotient (AQ), is better than pure speech rehabilitation training.
