Objective(1)Basis on the big data cloud platform for chronic disease management,to constructe a set of hypertension management client,which can analyze and evaluate the diagnosis and treatment information of inpatients,and give the risk warning and rehabilitation suggestions early,so as to improve the treatment rate,control rate and curative effect of hypertension,and reduce the incidence of complications.(2)The client at all levels should be simple and clear,easy to operate,and able to meet the needs of different users and quickly obtain the required information,and achieve the ultimate goal of scientific and effective remote control of hypertension patients.Methods(1)According to the requirements of our purpose,the hardware and software framework has beed built by partners for information extraction,transmission,analysis and display,and initially achieve the predetermined goals.(2)To training for familiarize the interface functions and operation methods and make for collection the usage experience,modify suggestion.(3)Summarize suggestions and discuss with company of platform development fully and optimize the client according to the suggestions,which is repeated many times.Results A set of hypertension management mobile phone / computer client was constructed preliminarily,which not only realized the real-time query of patients’ diagnosis and treatment information,but also realized the management of doctors and managers for hypertension patients.Conclusion The big data intelligent management client of hypertension inpatients can basically meet the needs of users,and can realize its basic setting function.
