The quality of STD (sexual transmitted disease) information offer is a important issue to deliver the reproductive health service, which is the health departments concerned, and is also related closely to the transmission of STD. Moreover, STD transmission could promote HIV transmission, and STD control is helpful for HIV control. The research point of Dermatology-STD department of is the normative department on STD's treatment, also is HIV/AIDS monitor point in YunNan province of China, and takes on most work of the STD treatment and cure in YunNan province. So it has the authoritative data and the situations of the STD service quality investigations in YunNan province . It has got the overview on STD/HIV service provide situation. The methodologies including the literature review, qualitative and quantitative survey, and theoretical study. It used the framework of "key process of client and provider interaction" to describe the situation of STD information provide. The results of the research demonstrate that it is necessary to carry out training on STD/HIV knowledge; The providers are lack the knowledge of effective counseling and need to learn how to begin the service; It is important to create a supportive environment for service provider, and it is need to offer individual reproductive health knowledge for the different need assessment, especially to the STD/HIV patients; It should be strengthen the theory frameworks to improve the high-risk people's STD service quality; it is need to control the waiting time to improve the satisfaction rate . Finally, this research has give several recommendations on how to build good client-provider interaction and provide effective service counseling aroundding the theory framework, and it also have more significations to relieve the serious client-provide relationship nowadays...
