ObjectiveThe study of TCM symptom feature selection and risk factor analysis on metabolic syndrome patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.To evaluate risk factors for the disease at the same time,timely find the high-risk population and,groundwork for individualized intervention,ischemic cerebrovascular disease among those at risk for metabolic syndrome identification,assessment and intervention provide effective statistical conclusion.MethodsBased on the statistics requirement of expert consultation method and scale design for the metabolic syndrome is used in evaluation of syndromes of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.By retrospective case-control study of medical records system and regression analysis,picked out the main risk factors of the disease and syndrome of TCM,TCM syndrome characteristics analysis results are obtained.(1)the scale of design is reasonable and practical.On the basis of the existing reference more rigorous scale design process,through the expert experience,through ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the method,and clinical data to confirm each other,strive for the combination of objectivity and connotation of traditional Chinese medicine;(2)try to expose syndromes as quantifies the factors related to the disease degree.Through quantitative syndromes,search and sensitivity of syndrome was strong,that have a degree of differentiation of syndromes elements integral;(3)through the screening of risk factors for metabolic syndrome were retrospectively analyzed.Resultsthe multi-factor Logistic regression analysis,a total of 9 variables associated with the occurrence of the metabolic syndrome,the results according to the factors affecting the size:wind syndrome(OR=2.763,95%CI:1.779,4.292),the framingham stroke score(OR=1.674,95%CI:1.234,2.272),blood stasis syndrome(OR=1.610,95%CI:1.217,2.130),the fire certificate(OR=1.337,95%CI:1.163,1.536),phlegm syndrome(OR=1.226,95%CI:1.022,1.471)in the five variables for weakness in wet individuals prone to the risk factors of metabolic syndrome;The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusionthe design of the metabolic syndrome population prone symptom scale of TCM ischemic cerebrovascular disease have a certain objectivity;Wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis symptom integral are the risk factors of ICVD,including wind card have strong correlation,TCM symptom score can help improve framingham score and other modern tools to predict stroke risk of ICVD.
