| Object iveUnder the premise of standardizing basic treatment,the purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding therapy in patients with vascular dementia of qi and blood deficiency type.It would verify the clinical effectiveness of catgut embedding therapy through comparing with the control group of donepezil hydrochloride and then lay the foundation for the subsequent promotion.MethodsAccording to the single-blind randomized controlled clinical research method,76 cases of vascular dementia with deficiency of qi and blood were evenly received into treatment group and control one on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria while from January 2019 to January 2020.Both groups received basic treatment.Those in the treatment group was given a catgut embedding therapy once every 7 days and 2 times as a course of treatment.Those in the control group was given a donepezil hydrochloride once a day,2 weeks as a course.After the end,the relevant data before and after the treatment,of MMSE points,ADL points,SDSVD points,and TCM clinical efficacy scores,were collected for statistical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of vascular dementia with deficiency of qi and blood.Results1.There was no obvious statistical difference in general informatio n between the two groups,which was comparable(P>0.05);2.Before treatment,the relevant data of MMSE points,ADL points,SDS VD points were not statistically different and comparable(P>0.05);3.Between the two groups,there was obvious statistical differences b etween the observation indicators of MMSE points,ADL points and SDDVD po ints before and after treatment(P<0.05);4.After treatment,compared with the control one,the indicators impr oved significantly in the observation group,and there was a significant statistical difference(P<0.05);5.After treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the other,when obvious difference in the clinical curative effect betwee n them(P<0.01).Conclus ion1.Both embedding therapy and donepezil hydrochloride have clinical ef ficacy in the treatment of vascular dementia with deficiency of qi and b1 ood,while the clinical efficacy of catgut embedding therapy in the treat ment group is better.2.Catgut embedding therapy is effective in improving cognitive impair ment,daily life behavior and TCM Syndrome for vascular dementia with def iciency of qi and blood. |
