ObjectiveAnalyze and excavate Professor Huang Xianzhang’s prescriptions for treating knee osteoarthritis by using The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant software(V2.5),so as to better understand and inherit Professor Huang Xianzhang’s clinical dialectical thinking and academic thought.Methods1.Collect and organize the outpatient medical records of Professor Huang Xianzhang for knee osteoarthritis from January 2017 to January 2019 and screen them according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria2.Completely and accurately enter the required medical record data into an Excel table,establish a medical record database,and enter the traditional Chinese medicine supporting platform(V2.5)3.Apply the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to the patient’ s basic data(gender,age distribution),the frequency of drug use,and the four flavors and five flavors,and collect statistics to analyze the rule of medication using association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and prescription analysis.ResultsThis study eventually included 150 outpatient medical records,involving a total of 77 traditional Chinese medicines.1.There were 86 female patients included in this study,accounting for approximately(57.3%),and 64 male patients,accounting for approximately(42.7%).2.The 150 patients included this time had an average age of 66.9 ±4.5 years,of which the distribution in the 41-50 age group was less,only about 9.3%,and there were more patients in the 61-70 age group,accounting for 30%of all patients3.The frequency of drug use among the top 10(except licorice)is:windbreak,Codonopsis sibiricum,Poria,peony skin,Sanqi,mulberry,Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides,turmeric,papaya4.The medicinal properties of the drugs used are mainly warm and level Chinese medicine.The taste is mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy.Drugs are mainly classified into four meridians:liver,kidney,spleen,and stomach.5.According to the association rule of TCMISS V2.5,it is concluded that the most relevant drug pair is papaya and windproof,and the most highly-correlated corner medicine is Digupi.The results of the drug model based on the association rule of windproof show that there are 4 drug pairs with confidence.The degree is≥80%,which are Earth Bone Skin->Peony Skin,Papaya->Windproof,Astragalus->Codonopsis,Earth Bone Skin->Windproof,Peony Skin->Windproof,2 carotids,respectively Earth Bone Skin,Windproof->Peony skin,Bone skin,Peony skin->Windproof.6.Correlation and punishment were set to 8 and 2,respectively,and drug cluster analysis was performed,and finally 7 potential drug combinations consisting of 3-4 drugs were obtained,and 7 new prescriptions were evolved on this basis.Conclusion1.Statistical analysis of the basic information of patients found that the age distribution of the included patients was basically consistent with the results of modern epidemiological studies,indicating that the incidence of knee osteoarthritis is related to gender and age.2.Professor Huang Xianzhang treats knee osteoarthritis with emphasis on both bones and bones.The medication is mainly liver,kidney,and spleen meridian,and the lung meridian is often used.The effectiveness of the new prescription combination obtained by entropy clustering needs further clinical practice research.
