Objective: Through the detection of CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio in children with community-acquired pneumonia and statistical analysis,to explore the changes of CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio in children with viral and bacterial pneumonia and its clinical diagnosis significance,in order to further guide the treatment. Methods: Analysis of the clinical data of 100 children with community acquired pneumonia in pediatrics of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.all the children in the group were examined hs-CRP?PCT?CD4~+/CD8~+;according to the hs-CRP and PCT values, the child were divided into two groups, viral pneumonia 50 cases and bacterial pneumonia 50 cases. Two groups of patients were recorded sex, age, hypersensitivity C reactive protein,procalcitonin,CD4~+/CD8~+? pulmonary complications and pathogens.the data were analyzed by statistical software SPSS(19.0).Normal distribution measurements were expressed as mean(±)standard deviation(?)(±)s.T test was used for comparisons between groups.Counting data was expressed by rate and tested for significance. The difference was considered statistically significant at P < 0.05.Results: Among the 50 cases of viral pneumonia, severe 3 cases,non-severe 47 cases, respiratory syncytial virus 15 cases, influenza virus 6 cases, parainfluenza virus 7 cases, adenovirus 2 cases,no associated virus 20 cases, acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)3 cases,extra-pulmonary complications digestive tract symptoms 6 cases, two cases of heart failure; There were 50 cases in bacterial group,9 cases of severe pneumonia and 41 cases of non-severe pneumonia, including 13 cases of Streptococcus pneumoniae,7 cases of Staphylococcus aureus,4 cases of other bacteria,4 cases of pulmonary complications including pleural effusion,1 case of massive pleural effusion,1 case of pneumothorax,2 cases of acute respiratory distress syndrome,1 case of extrapulmonary complications of suppurative meningitis,6 cases of sepsis and 5 cases of diarrhea. There was no significant difference between the two groups in sex, age, intrapulmonary and extrapulmonary pneumonia(P >0.05);no significant difference CD4~+/CD8~+ different pathogens(P>0.05);The hs-CRP?PCT of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05),and the CD4~+/CD8~+ of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CD4~+/CD8~+ of severe pneumonia group was lower than that of non-severe pneumonia group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.This study suggests that the CD4~+/CD8~+ ratio decreases in both viral and bacterial pneumonia, and the decrease in bacterial pneumonia is more obvious, but judging the defined value of viral or bacterial pneumonia requires a large sample for further study.2.The decrease of CD4~+/CD8~+ is obvious, which can indicate the severity of pneumonia.Early intervention is beneficial to prognosis.
