| Objective:(1)To investigate and analyze the main influencing factors of the mental health status of father / mother liver donors in pediatric liver transplantation.(2)To explore the impact of personalized psychological intervention based on acceptance and commitment therapy on pediatric liver transplantation father /mother donors.Methods:(1)A total of 80 liver donors who underwent pediatric living donor liver transplantation from March 2018 to September 2019 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected as the research objects.Using the General Information Questionnaire and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90)to survey the mental health of the donor and their partners.(2)The random number table method was used to randomly allocate 40 liver donors and 40 liver donor partners to the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine psychological intervention, and the observation group was given personalized treatment based on ACT.For psychological intervention,SCL-90,NRS,CPAQ-8,hospital stay days and costs, complication rate, first time out of bed activity, and hospital satisfaction were selected as the evaluation tools. The data were collected and sorted after the intervention.Analyze and compare the difference in mental health and rehabilitation between the two groups whether has statistical significance.Results:(1)The total average score of SCL-90 in donors was 1.52±0.29,and screened 23 positive donors(The total score ≥160).The total average score, somatization, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, and paranoid factor scores in liver donors were higher than the national norm(P<0.05).(2)The results of linear regression analysis show: gender, history of surgery, child’s birth and whether the child is a congenital disease among the donors are the main factors affecting mental health. The regression equation is:Y=131.472+0.240 X2 + 0.586X6-0.212 X7-0.601X8.(3)Personalized psychological intervention based on ACT: After the intervention, the SCL-90 score, pain assessment score, and the first time to get out of bed of the donor group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P <0.05).The hospitalization satisfaction and chronic pain acceptance were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions:(1)The mental health status of parent liver donors is poor compared to the national adult norm; The multi-factor impact analysis results show: gender, liver donors have surgery history, the first child of the child, the disease of the child is the main factors affecting the mental health of donors.(2)Psychological intervention based on acceptance and commitment therapy can help father / mother donors to improve their mental health, reduce pain and increase pain acceptance and increase the hospitalization satisfaction. |
