| Objective:The purpose of this study was to understand the status of self-efficacy,family function,resilience and quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases;to identify the differences of self-efficacy,family function,resilience and quality of life of the research object in general demographic characteristics;to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy,family function,resilience and quality of life;to explore the effect of self-efficacy,family function and resilience on the quality of life,so as to provide theoretical reference for improving the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A cross-sectional study was used in descriptive analysis.By convenience sampling method,the elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community health service center of Yanji City were selected as the research objects.The research tools included general information questionnaire,chronic disease self-efficacy scale,family function scale,resilience scale and quality of life scale.Spss20.0 and Amos21.0 were used to analyze and process the data after sorting out and coding the effective questionnaires.Results:(1)Characteristics of participants:In this study,324 subjects were included in this study,mostly aged below 70 years(71%);119(36.7%)were educated in senior high school or secondary school;236(72.8%)were married;212(65.4%)lived with their spouse.(2)Self-efficacy,family function,resilience and quality of life of the research object:The average score of self-efficacy was 5.32±1.38,which was at the middle level;the average score of family function was 135.00±17.79,which was at the general level;the average score of resilience was 49.06±11.81,the highest average score in the three dimensions was tenacity was 25.63±6.74;the average score of quality of life was 60.70±9.34,and the highest average score in the four dimensions was environmental was 64.47±11.92.And the quality of life scores in the education level,marital status,living condition,family monthly income,medical payment,number of chronic diseases and course of disease had a difference(P<0.05).(3)Correlation analysis of quality of life and self-efficacy,family function and resilience in re search object:The quality of life was positively correlated with self-efficacy and resilience(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with family function score(P<0.01).(4)Regression analysis of quality of life,self-efficacy,family function and resilience in research object:The explanation rate of self-efficacy on the quality of life of the subjects increased by 22.6%,after incorporating family function,the explanation rate increased by 20.7%,and the final explanation rate of resilience reached 65.3%(P<0.05).(5)Structural equation model of quality of life in research object:Self-efficacy and resilience played an intermediary role in the relationship between family function and quality of life,CMIN/DF<5,NFI,IFI,and CFI all met the evaluation criteria>0.90,PNFI and PCFI met the fitting index>0.50,and the RMSEA was 0.06less than the evaluation criterion 0.08,which proved that the fit was good.Conclusions:(1)The family function of the research object was at a general level,above 80 years,had a spouse,live with a spouse,college education or above,monthly income level of 5000 or more,urban employee medical insurance,suffering from a chronic disease had the lowest score and the family function was better.(2)The self-efficacy of the research object was at the middle level,and those with spouse living together,college degree or above,monthly income of more than 5000,suffering from a chronic disease and course of disease less than 5 years had the highest score of self-efficacy.(3)The research object had low level of psychological flexibility,and those with college degree or above,living with spouse and spouse,earning more than 5000,medical insurance for urban employees,suffering from a chronic disease and a course of less than 5 years had the highest score of resilience.(4)The quality of life of the research object was at a medium level.Those with a college degree or above,living with their spouse,monthly income of more than 5,000,urban employee medical insurance,suffering from a chronic disease,and having a course of disease of less than 5 years had the highest quality of life scores.(5)Self-efficacy,resilience and family function of the elderly patients with chronic diseases were all positive factors affecting the quality of life,and self-efficacy and resilience can indirectly affect the quality of life through the chain intermediary effect. |
