| Objective: By investigating the current status and influencing factors of caregiver burden, family resilience and quality of life of CHF patients, explore the differences in general data of care burden, family resilience and quality of life, and analyze the relationship between care burden, family resilience and quality of life,The impact of care burden and family resilience on the quality of life.To improve the family resilience of CHF patient’s caregivers, and to improve their quality of life, develop intervention strategies and measures to provide scientific basis.Method: In this study, the convenience sampling method was adopted to select 246 patient caregivers who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the cardiology department of a tertiary A general hospital in Qianguoerluosi Mongolian Autonomous County of Jilin Province to conduct a questionnaire survey. The research tools used self-developed general information questionnaire,Zarit Caregiver Burden Inventory,Family Resilience Questionnaire, and Chinese version of the Family Caregiver Quality of Life Scale.Use SPSS26.0 statistical software for data analysis and processing.Result:(1)The caregiver burden score of this study is 36.04±10.562.In terms of the patient’s age,per capita monthly income, medical expenses payment method, number of admissions due to CHF within one year, number of combined other diseases, cardiac function classification, caregiver’s age, marital status, the relationship with patients, chronic disease status, whether to take care of with others, and cumulative care time are statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The caregiver’s family resilience score in this study was 75.96±6.424.In terms of per capita monthly income, method of payment of medical expenses, number of admissions due to CHF within a year, number of combined other diseases, cardiac function classification, caregiver’s marital status, the relationship with patients, and chronic disease status, cumulative care time and other aspects are statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The caregiver’s quality of life score in this study was 51.62±7.733.In terms of the patient’s age, marital status, per capita monthly income, method of payment of medical expenses, number of admissions due to CHF within a year, number of combined other diseases, cardiac function classification, caregiver’s age,and marital status, the relationship with patients, chronic diseases, whether to take care of with others, and cumulative care time are statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Care burden was negatively correlated with family resilience(r=-0.536,P<0.05);care burden was negatively correlated with quality of life(r=-0.659,P<0.05);family resilience was positively correlated with quality of life(r=0.544,P<0.05).(5)The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the burden of care, the number of admissions due to CHF within a year≥3 times, family resilience, the patient’s age>60 years, and the number of other diseases≥3 can explain 59.1% of the total variance of the quality of life.Conclusion:(1)The caregiver burden of CHF patients is a light burden, family resilience is at a medium level, and the quality of life is at a medium level.(2)The caregiver burden, family resilience of CHF patients are related to the quality of life. The heavier the care burden, the lower the level of family resilience and the worse the quality of life.On the contrary, the lighter the burden of care, the higher the level of family resilience, the better the quality of life.(3)The care burden, the number of admissions due to CHF within a year≥3 times, the patient’s age>60 years, and the number of other diseases≥3 are negative influencing factors of the quality of life of the caregivers of CHF patients;family resilience is the caregivers of CHF patients positive factors influencing the quality of life. |
