Objective:By investigating the cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,self-perceived burden and self-management behavior level of patients with PCI postoperative to analyze the related influencing factors of self-management behavior of patients with PCI postoperative. It aims to provide a theoretical basis for improving the self-management level of patients with PCI postoperative and strengthening cardiac rehabilitation education. Methods:This study is a cross 一 sectional study of non-experimental studies.A convenience sampling method was used to investigate 227 patients with PCI postoperative in a tertiary hospital in Yanji. The research tools used include general social demographic characteristics questionnaire, cardiac rehabilitation knowledge scale,self-perceived burden scale, coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale. The collected data were statistically analyzed by SPSS19.0.Results:(1)The total score of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of patients with PCI postoperative was 23.03±6.50(Full score is 38 points),and the average score was 0.61±0.17.The scores of each dimension of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of patients with PCI postoperative were ranked from high to low, which were risk factors, diet, medication, daily life and exercise, and disease characteristics. The differences in scores between patients with PCI postoperative of different ages, education levels, course of the disease, occupations, number of hospital admission with the same disease, and comorbidities were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The total score of self-perceived burden of patients with PCI postoperative was 28.80 ± 7.94(Full score is 50 points). In the study,87.7%of patients had varying degrees of SPB,with mildly burdened patients being the most(41.4%),followed by moderate burdens(35.7%),and severely burdened patients being the least(10.6%).The differences in scores between patients with PCI postoperative of different ages, family monthly income, and comorbidities were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The total score of self-management behavior of patients with PCI postoperative was 69.87 ± 16.06(Full score is 135 points),and the score index was 51.8%.The dimensions of self-management behavior are ranked according to the score index, from highest to lowest:emotional management(58.7%),daily life management(57.7%),and disease medical management(46.8%).The differences in scores between patients with PCI postoperative of different ages, education level, course of the disease, number of stent implantations, number of hospital admission with the same disease, and comorbidities were statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The relationship between cardiac rehabilitation knowledge and self-management behavior of patients with PCI postoperative was positively correlated(r=0.507,P<0.01),and self-perceived burden was negatively correlated with self-management behavior(r=-0.214,P<0.01).The relationship between cardiac rehabilitation knowledge and self-perceived burden was negatively correlated(r=-0.232,P<0.01).(5)Cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,self-perceived burden, age, number of stent implantation, comorbidities, course of disease and times of admission to the same disease were all included in the regression equation affecting self-management behavior of patients with PCI postoperative. The above variables accounted for 37.2%of the variance of self-management behavior(F=20.116,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The awareness rate of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of patients with PCI postoperative is 61%,the self-perceived burden is at a mild level, and the self-management behavior is at a low level.(2)The higher the level of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of patients with PCI postoperative, the better their self-management behavior;the lower the self-perceived burden of patients with PCI postoperative, the better their self-management behavior;the higher the level of cardiac rehabilitation knowledge of patients with PCI postoperative, the lighter the self-perceived burden.(3)The main influencing factors of self-management behavior of patients with PCI postoperative were cardiac rehabilitation knowledge,self-perceived burden, age, number of stent implantation, complications, course of disease and the number of hospital admission with the same disease.
