ObjectivesTo understand the level and influencing factors of self perceived burden of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, through cognitive behavioral intervention to improve the psychological status of the patients and self perceived burden, so as to improve the quality of life of patients, providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the psychological care of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy.MethodsDuring October 2015 to May 2016 were randomly selected, in the chemotherapy of lung cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University as the research object, randomly divided into two groups, two groups were treated with general situation questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale, medical coping mode questionnaire, the self perceived burden scale and Chinese chemical and biological treatment of cancer patients quality of life scale the investigation. The control group was given routine nursing in Department of respiration; the intervention group in the control group based on the routine nursing of cognitive behavioral intervention, to alleviate the patient's self perceived burden, improve the quality of life assessment, self perceived burden and quality of life in patients with lung cancer before and after intervention respectively. All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0, test level a= 0.05, statistical methods using descriptive statistical analysis, two independent samples t test, ?2 test, ANOVA, repeated measures analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple liner analysis.Results1. Baseline data of 2 groups of patients before intervention were balanced, and there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).2. With the dependent variable of self perceived burden, multivariate linear regression analysis, the results are shown in table 3-6, variables entered the regression equation including cultural degree, the frequency of chemotherapy, medical coping style, the three combined interpretation of self perceived burden variation 27.3%.3. Intervention group and control group lung cancer chemotherapy patients' self perceived burden of each dimension score, GSES score, medical coping style in the face of dimension, the yield dimension scores in the intervention of the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05)4. Intervention group and control group lung cancer chemotherapy patients in the quality of life quality of life quality of life total score, symptom dimension, emotional dimension, the relationship between the dimension and other dimension scores in the dry prognosis comparison has statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion1. Lung cancer chemotherapy patients with the psychological experience of the burden of self experience, the experience has a variety of factors, including the cultural level, medical costs, the number of chemotherapy for patients with self-perceived burden of the main factors.2.
