Objective: to investigate the status of cognitive control, disease information demand and self-management behavior in elderly patients with coronary heart disease(chd)after cardiac rehabilitation,to provide the theoretical basis for clinical staff to construct the intervention model of cardiac rehabilitation self-management level in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and carry out individualized health education. Methods: This study was a non-experimental correlation study, using convenience sampling method,288 elderly cardiac rehabilitation patients were selected from a Sanjia hospital in Weihai from December 2019 to May 2020,the control attitude scale, cardiac rehabilitation questionnaire, coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale and general data questionnaire were used to evaluate quantitatively.SPSS26.0was used to analyze the status quo of the subjects’ perceived control, disease information needs,self-management behavior and general demographic characteristics,t test or variance analysis and Pearson correlation analysis were used to compare the differences and correlations among the three subjects.Results:(1)Basic demographic data: male patients accounted for 55.9% of 288 elderly patients with coronary heart disease; Most of them were 60~70 years old, accounting for 58.7%.90.6% lived in cities; Most of them are middle school level, accounting for57.3%;76.7% retired patients; The proportion of medical insurance for employees was83.6%;Smoking accounted for 14.3%;35% of the patients drank alcohol;Low salt diet accounted for 35%;82.9% of the patients used drugs regularly;64.2% of the patients took part in aerobic exercise occasionally.(2)In this study, the total score of perceptual control in middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation was(28.95 1 ± 86),in the medium level. There were significant differences in residence, occupation, medical insurance,PCI operation, low salt diet, cardiac function and the stage of cardiac rehabilitation(P < 0.05).(3)In this study, the total score of disease information needs of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation was(46.88 1 ±61),at a high level; There were significant differences in gender, residence, medical insurance, average monthly family income, education level, sports and cardiac rehabilitation stage(P < 0.05).(4)In this study, the total score of self-management behavior of middle-aged and elderly patients with coronary heart disease and cardiac rehabilitation was(97.00 0 ±37),at a low level. There were significant differences in gender, place of residence, education level, low salt diet, exercise, cardiac function classification and cardiac rehabilitation stage(P < 0.05).(5)The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between perceived control and disease information demand level(r = 0.665,P < 0.01);there was a significant positive correlation between perceived control and self-management level(r = 0.714,P < 0.01);there was a significant positive correlation between disease information demand level and self-management behavior(r = 0.410,P< 0.01).(6)The results of multiple regression analysis showed that perceived control, disease information demand, education level, sports, cardiac function classification and other factors affected the score of self-management behavior, which could jointly explain 65.7% of the variation of the score of self-management behavior of the dependent variable.Conclusions:(1)Senile coronary heart disease patients with cardiac rehabilitation in the perceptual control of the above medium level.Urban residents, retirees, workers’ health insurance,low-salt diet,no PCI surgery, better heart function, and cardiac rehabilitation activities had higher overall scores on perceptual control.(2)Elderly patients with cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease have a high level of disease information needs, and women, urban residents, workers and workers with medical insurance, high education level, high per capita monthly income, aerobic exercise, and active cardiac rehabilitation patients have a high level of disease information needs.(3)The self-management behavior level of elderly patients with cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease is at a low level.Women, urban residents, high education level, low salt diet, physical activity, better heart function, current active stage and maintenance stage patients had higher self-management scores.(4)The perceptual control, disease information need and self-management behavior of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were significantly positively correlated.(5)The important factors affecting the level of self-management behavior of elderly patients with cardiac rehabilitation of coronary heart disease include: total score of perceptual control, education background(junior college or above),exercise status(occasional exercise),cardiac function grade(Ⅱ level of cardiac function),and total score of disease information need.
