Clinical Study On Treatment Of Insulin Resistance In Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome With Method Of Removing Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of phlegm and blood stasis combined therapy in the treatment of insulin resistance polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS-IR),then We could provide clinical basis for the treatment of PCOS-IR with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria from April 2017 to June 2018 in Qingdao Haici Medical Group were divided into two groups.According to the principle of randomization and control,there were 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on Phlegm and blood stasis combined treatment.The control group was given metformin for 3 months,and the follow-up period was 3 months.The levels of FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR、BMI、WHR and menstrual cycle were observed and compared before and after the treatment.Result:Intra-group comparison,1.Compared with the scores of TCM syndromes,the scores of the observation group decreased after treatment and before treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05);Compared with the control group before and after treatment,the results showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).2.Compared with the level of BMI and WHR indicators,the level in the observation group decreased after treatment,with statistical difference compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the level of BMI and WHR in the control group decreased before and after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Compared with the level of FINS,the level of FINS in the observation group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group had statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).In the observation group,the HOMA-IR level decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The control group had statistical difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the level of FPG before and after treatment,the observation group had statistical difference(P<0.05);the control group had a decrease in the level of FPG before and after treatment,and the results had statistical difference(P<0.05).Inter-group comparison:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After the treatment,1.The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.BMI、WHR comparison,WHR index level,the results of two groups were statistically different after the treatment(P<0.05),the observation group decreased more.BMI index level comparison,the results of the two groups were statistically different after treatment(P<0.05),the observation group was more effective on improving TCM syndromes.Conclusion:This study demonstrates that the combined treatment of phlegm and blood stasis is superior to metformin alone in the comprehensive curative effect of PCOS-IR patients.It works better on improving endocrine index level,adjusting the IR condition,alleviating TCM syndromes.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
