| Purpose:1. Through observing the incidence of OHSS in patients with different diseases to find the relevant factors with OHSS in order to conduct the eaily prevention and treatment in OHSS.2.observing the effects of early preventing PCOS from OHSS in stimulation cycles by therapy of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and acupuncture.Methods:1.choosing 224 cases in COS consistence with inclusion criteria, observing their general situation (age, BMI, infertility fixed number of year, etc.), basic diseases (PCOS, EMS, etc.),basic endocrine situation(E2,LH/FSH etc.),the drugs used in cycles(CC/LE,the dosage of Gns) etc,to screen the risk factors of OHSS.2.choosing 60 pcos patients receiving cos therapy,assigning them into 3 groups randomly and each group made up of 20 cases.(groupA:early intervention group,groupB:late intervention group and control group.)to observe the effect of the differences in the dosage of Gns,the morbidity of OHSS,the pregnancy rate and so on.Results:1.comparing with the non-OHSS patients,the OHSS patients have significant difference (P< 0.05)in allergic constitution, PCOS history, AFC, the level of serum E2 in the day injecting HCG, the oral drug to stimulate ovarians and the dosage of Gns.2. Comparing to group B and control group,group A has lower morbidity of OHSS,higher ovulation rate and lower Cycle cancellation rate;there is no significant difference between group B and control group.Significance:screening out the risk factors of OHSS, cocfronting with the high-risk patients,we will watch the patient earlier and take early intervention measures to preventing them from OHSS and reduce cycle give up rates by therapy of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and acupuncture.the therapy of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis and acupuncture can represent HCGto some extent. |
