Objective:On the one hand, the distribution of TCM syndromes of polycystic ovary syndrome(pcos)at childbearing age was studied, including the distribution of disease position syndrome factors and disease syndrome factors. On the other hand, the correlation between TCM syndromes and BMI,endocrine and metabolic indexes of this disease was studied to grasp its internal rules,so as to provide new ideas for the improvement of the standardization and objectification of TCM syndrome differentiation of PCOS in the reproductive age and the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS with the combination of Chinese and western medicine. Methods: Patients diagnosed with PCOS who visited shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2017 to January 2019 were selected. The clinical information of the patients was collected through field questionnaire survey. The distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome elements,BMI,endocrine and metabolic indexes of PCOS patients in their reproductive age were obtained, and the correlation among the three was analyzed and statistically analyzed.Endocrine metabolic indices including follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),testosterone(T),prolactin(PRL),fasting insulin(FINS),fasting glucose(FBG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL).Results: 1.The distribution pattern of position elements in PCOS patients at the reproductive age is as follows: cytokines > kidney > liver > spleen. The frequency of cytokines in the cytokines is 100%,ranking the first, and the frequency of kidney is 71.81%,ranking the second. The distribution of pathogenic syndromes was as follows: Yang deficiency > blood stasis > qi stagnation > phlegm > wet > Yin deficiency > qi deficiency >heat,Yang deficiency was the first, followed by blood stasis, the frequency of 54.26%,significantly higher than the other six pathogenic syndromes.2.According to the statistical analysis of the correlation between syndrome elements and BMI in PCOS patients of childbearing age,it was found that there were significant differences in the distribution of syndrome elements between the obese group and the non-obese group, and the frequency of syndrome elements in kidney, spleen,Yang deficiency, phlegm and dampness in the obese group was significantly higher than that in the non-obese group.3.According to the investigation on the correlation between endocrine and metabolic indexes and BMI of PCOS patients in the reproductive age,the levels of T,FINS,hmoa-ir,TG and LDL in the obesity group were significantly higher than those in the non-obesity group, while the levels of LH,LH/FSH and HDL were significantly lower than those in the non-obesity group.4.By studying the correlation between syndrome elements and endocrine and metabolic indicators in patients with PCOS at the reproductive age,it can be seen that there is a significant positive correlation between the kidney score of syndrome elements and LH,LH/FSH ratio. The liver score was positively correlated with T,LH,LH/FSH levels. The spleen has a significantly positive correlation with FINS,homa-ir,TG and LDL,and a significantly negative correlation with HDL.There was a significant positive correlation between the score of blood stasis and LH,LH/FSH ratio. The integral of gas stagnation was positively correlated with T,LH,LH/FSH levels.Sputum, wet parts and FINS,Homa-ir,TG and LDL were positively correlated, but negatively correlated with HDL.Conclusion: In this study,it was found that the distribution of TCM syndromes in PCOS patients at childbearing age was dominated by uterine, renal,Yang deficiency and blood stasis. In addition, the distribution of TCM syndrome elements of this disease is correlated to BMI,endocrine and metabolic indexesto a certain extent, which can provide certain reference basis for the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of PCOS in the reproductive age,and improve the objectivity and accuracy of TCM syndrome differentiation.
