Clinical Observation Of Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction In Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

ObjectiveObserve and analyze the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction in treating repeated respiratory tract infection,explore the effectiveness and safety of the prescription for treating repeated respiratory tract infection,and provide a new method for clinical diagnosis and treatment of repeated respiratory tract infectionMethodsA total of 70 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections admitted to the Pediatric Inpatient Department and Outpatient Department of Shenzhen Ba oan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and the children were enrolled into groups by simple random grouping.The treatment group and the control group are 35 cases each.The children in the control group were given Pidotimod Granules treatment;the children in the treatment group were given Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction orally treatment.The two groups of children were followed up for 6 months after taking the medicine for 2 months,and the relevant medical data were collected and sorted out.After treatment,statistical treatment of the changes in the number of respiratory tract infections,the course of disease,and the type of disease in the control group and the treatment group,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction.Detect the changes of serum immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)before and after treatment in two groups of children and compare the differences between the two;choose SPSS 22.0,a commonly used statistical software,to process the experimental data for analysis and research.Results(1)Clinical condition analysis:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the classification of the number of respiratory tract infections,the course of disease,and the classification of diseases in the treatment group and the control group within six months(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,within 6 months of follow-up period in the treatment group and the control group,the classification of the number of respiratory tract infections,the course of the disease,and the classification of the disease were signi ficantly better than before treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.(P<0.05)(2)Laboratory index analysis:Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immunoglobulin(IgA,IgM,IgG)between the treatment group and the control group RRTI children(P>0.05).After 2 months of treatment,the immunoglobulins(IgA,IgM,IgG)in the treatment group and the control group increased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Evaluation of clinical efficacy:After treatment,20 cases were markedly effective in the treatment group,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,5 cases were markedly effective in the control group,17 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 62.86%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with stati stical difference(P<0.05).(4)Safety evaluation:During and after treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients,and no abnormal changes were found in the vital signs,blood and urine routines,liver and kidney functions of the two groups of children.ConclusionsClinically,Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction has a definite effect on the treatment of RRTI children.The efficacy of Xiaoshi Fangfeng Decoction combined with Pidotimod Granules in treating children with repeated respiratory tract infections is superior to only Pidotimod Granules treatment,especially in reducing the number of infections,reducing the level of infection,reducing the single course of illness,and enhancing immune function,and the clinical application safety is high.
