| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effect of Baotai Decoction on Early Threatened Abortion(TA)patients with kidney deficiency,and to observe the effect of Baotai Decoction on serum progesterone-induced blocking factor(PIBF).To explore the mechanism of Baotai Decoction on Early Threatened Abortion Patients with kidney deficiency,and to explore the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine preparations.Methods: Sixty cases of Early Threatened Abortion with kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups by random distribution method.The treatment group was given progesterone injection 40 mg intramuscular injection once a day,Baotai Decoction(non-decocting granules)Chinese medicine orally,once a day,twice a day,150 ml warm water flushing,and the control group was given progesterone injection 40 mg intramuscular injection once a day.The treatment group and control group were treated for 28 days.The changes of TCM syndromes and clinical symptoms,serum PIBF,Progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),estradiol(E2)levels and B-mode ultrasonography were observed on the same day and 28 days after treatment.Result:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in general data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable;2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 93.33% in the treatment group and 73.33% in the control group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);3.After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,β-HCG and E2 in peripheral serum were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of PIBF were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Both Baotai Decoction and progesterone can improve the symptoms of Early Threatened Abortion of kidney deficiency type and the level of PIBF in peripheral serum.The combination of Baotai Decoction and progesterone intramuscular injection has significant advantages over progesterone intramuscular injection alone and improves the overall therapeutic effect. |
