Clinical Study Of Xu’s Baotai Recipe Combined With Dydrogesterone In The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With Deficiency Of Spleen And Kidney

Objective:Observation of Xu’s Baotai Recipe combined with dydrogesterone on the improvement of clinical symptoms,changes in TCM syndrome scores and serumβ-h CG,P,E₂,and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type early threatened abortion and other test indicators,objectively analyze and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xu’s Baotai Recipe.Preliminary discussion of the mechanism of the prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of early threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency is expected to provide a safe,effective and reliable method for gynecological clinical treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods:This study collected 70 cases of early threatened abortion patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type who were treated at the gynecological clinic of the Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.There were 35 cases in the observation group,and other 35 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with Xu’s Baotai Recipe and dydrogesterone,and the control group was treated with dydrogesterone alone.Through statistical analysis,the two treatment plans were compared in serumβ-h CG,P,E₂,T lymphocyte subsets,Whether there are significant differences in the improvement of TCM syndrome scores and total clinical efficacy.Results:（1）Serumβ-h CG,P,E₂:Comparison of serumβ-h CG,P,E₂levels before and after treatment in the two groups showed significant statistical differences（P<0.05）,suggesting that both groups of treatment drugs can significantly improve patients Serumβ-h CG,P,E₂levels.After treatment,the serumβ-h CG,P,E₂levels of the two groups were compared.The values of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,suggesting the observation group is better than the control group in improving patients’serumβ-h CG,P,E₂levels.（2）T lymphocyte subsets:There was no significant difference in the ratio of CD3⁺and CD8⁺T lymphocytes in the blood of the observation group before and after treatment;the ratio of CD4⁺T lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4⁺/CD8⁺in the observation group after treatment were higher than those before treatment.Comparison within the group,the differences are statistically significant（P<0.05）;it is suggested that the observation group can increase the blood CD4⁺T lymphocyte ratio and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratio of the patients,and there is no significant change in the blood CD3⁺and CD8⁺T lymphocytes;the control group before and after treatment CD3+,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratios did not change significantly.（3）Therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes:the comparison of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment showed significant statistical differences（P<0.05）,suggesting that both groups of treatment drugs can significantly reduce TCM syndrome scores;after treatment,TCM syndrome scores were significantly reduced between the two groups.In comparison of syndrome scores between groups,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）,suggesting that the observation group is better than the control group in reducing the scores of TCM syndromes in patients with early threatened abortion.（4）Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the observation group is 97.06%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 87.50%.The difference in the distribution of the two groups’efficacy is statistically significant（P<0.05）,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Compared with using dydrogesterone alone in the treatment of early threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency,Xu’s Baotai Recipe combined with dydrogesterone can significantly increase the serum levels ofβ-h CG,P,E₂in patients with early threatened abortion,and have certain effects.It has an immunomodulatory effect,and at the same time has more advantages in reducing the score of TCM syndromes and relieving clinical symptoms.It has no obvious toxic and side effects,and the curative effect is reliable and reliable.
