| Objective:The study is to use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance System to analyze the medication rules of Jiang Linfang’s treatment of migraine based on the liver,and to summarize Jiang Linfang’s experience to enrich the method of diagnosis and treatment of Chinese medication for migraine.Methods:This study collected and arranged 120 prescriptions for the initial treatment of Professor Jiang Linfang’s outpatient who had been troubled with migraine and received treatment from January 2016 to December 2018.It used Data mining method to analyze the frequency of drug use,association rules between drugs and prescription rules in the prescription of Jiang Linfang’s treatment of migraine.And it further researched potential new prescriptions.The results were presented in one-dimensional charts and two-dimensional network diagrams.Results:General data analysis of 120 cases included showed that females were more likely than males suffering from migraine,and the incidence rate was higher in middle-aged and elderly people.The 120 prescriptions were analyzed by using the TCM Inheritance System,which had brought conclusions that most of the drugs belong to the liver,41 drugs were used more than 15 times,36 drug pairs with a frequency greater than 49,and 11 drug groups with a frequency greater than 49.Based on the complex system entropy clustering algorithm,12 core drug combinations were obtained,and based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,6 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:The clinical drug rules of Jiang Linfang’s treatment of migraine is completely consistent with her theory of treating migraine based on the liver.Professor Jiang Linfang believes that migraine is closely related to liver.Therefore,the main treatment is to clear,soothe,calm and to soften the liver,cooperated with motivating Qi and blood circulation,dissolving phlegm and unblocking collaterals.The experience of treating migraine based on the liver is worth learning and promoting. |
