The Construction Of Tcm Multimedia Doctor-patient Communication System In Low Rectal Cancer

Objective:Researching literature extensively,this study grasped the characteristics of the rapid development of multimedia,and put forward the concept of communication system of TCM multimedia doctor-patient in low rectal cancer based on the system theory as the foothold,this center tries to construct communication system of TCM multimedia doctor-patient in low rectal cancer.Methods:First of all,according to reference system theory and concepts of doctor-patient communication,low rectal cancer theory of doctor-patient communication system model is established.It is by the medical staff as the main body of the organization system,communication content in low rectal cancer diagnosis and treatment as the content system,the communication as the operation of the system performance.Secondly,the relevant content of each subsystem is constructed.The organization system mainly consists of the chief of the department,the chief surgeon,the doctor in charge of the bed,the nurse,the enterostomy nurse,the psychological consultant,and the nursing worker.The exploration of content system is relying on obtaining the communication content in the diagnosis and treatment process of low rectal cancer by reviewing the previous medical record system and interview with patients,and to show it in each item.For each item pool research questionnaire content system,organization of specialized subject doctor,postoperative rectal cancer patients to rate the importance of the content of item pool,cuts,merge items,item pool eventually content system is established.Finally,the system of multimedia communication is established according to the content system entry pool.Including the production of brochures,shooting video animation;Setting up a conversation room to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere;The association of patients with enterostomy was established,and the group of We Chat patients was established.Conduct online lecture hall and online consultation.Results:To explore and construct the communication system of TCM multimedia doctor-patient in low rectal cancer,and establish a theoretical model based on organizational system,content system and operating system.The organization system is composed of the chief of the department,the chief surgeon,the doctor in charge of the bed,the nursing staff,and etc.The content system includes five dimensions,including symptom dimension,diagnosis and treatment dimension,psychological dimension,social dimension,and enterostomy dimension,with 42 items in total.The operating system is presented in multimedia communication mode,including video animation,brochures,chat room,and etc.Conclusion:In the world,there is has no related research about low rectal cancer of the multimedia communication system of TCM,the study is an innovative attempt.It is worth to further improvement and it can be used to clinic in one day.However,this study has obvious shortcomings.It artificially divide the doctor-patient communication system of TCM multimedia into organizational system,content system and operating system.It has not been fully empirical research,and its scientific nature,accuracy and feasibility need further research.
