Research On The Informed Consent Principle And The Construction Of Harmonious Doctor-Patient Relationships

The doctor-patient relationship is a kind of cooperative and symbiotic relationship between doctors and patients.A harmonious doctor-patient relationship is not only related to the development of China's medical and health services,but also affects the construction of the socialist harmonious society in China.Among various factors influencing the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,the implementation of informed consent is a prominent problem.In medical practice,doctor-patient disputes caused by an inadequate implementation of informed consent are on the rise,so people are increasingly aware of the importance of the implementation of informed consent to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.Respect principle and autonomy principle are important contents of medical ethic al principle.Those are also ideas which informed consent principle need to follow.T herefore,building a harmonious relationship is a common value demand at all levels of society,and effectively implementing informed consent is a necessary way to realize a harmonious relationship.This thesis tries to put forward the strategies to promote the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship by explaining the function and importance of the implementation of the principle of informed consent in building a strategic harmonious doctor-patient relationship from an ethical point of view.This thesis is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It talks about the background and the significance of the thesis,the researches conducted abroad and at home,and the research methods.The second part will be the theoretical implications of informed consent and doctor-patient relationships.It illustrates the connotation,implementation elements and forms of informed consent.Moreover,it also involves the connotation of the doctor-patient relationship,the connotation of harmonious doctor-patient relationships and the characteristics of the connotation of harmonious doctor-patient relationships.This part is the theoretical basis of this thesis.Part three will analyze the importance of harmonious doctor-patient relationships,and the role of informed consent in the creation of a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.It puts forward the connection between informed consent and harmonious doctor-patient relationships from the dialectical point of view.Part four points out doctor-patient disputes,caused by informed consent in medical practice in China,and analyzes the reasons in different aspects.The fifth part proposes methods of carrying out the informed consent principle to promote harmonious doctor-patient relationships.This part is the central part of the entire thesis.This paper proposed to implement the principle of informed consent in this part of the necessity of building a harmonious society,and puts forward the strategies of effectively performing informed consent to improve the construction of a harmonious doctor-patient relationship in the aspects of the legal system construction,management and supervision,medical ethics,and patient consciousness.The sixth part comprises the summary and the research expectation.
