Effect Of ShenMai Injection On Cardio-pulmonary Function Of Patients Suffering From Severe Acute Pancreatitis

Objective Investigating the effect of ShenMai injection on cardio-pulmonary function of patients suffering from severe acute pancreatitis,and the mechanism of the improving cardio-pulmonary function of patients.Methods thirty nine patients suffering from severe acute pancreatitis are included in our investigation,these patients are divided into two groups:model group(19 patients)and treatment groups(20 patients,in addition to normal therapy,patients in treatment groups are treated with ShenMai injection);The hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),changes of white blood cell,plasma viscosity,and D-dimer concentration were collected after the treatment of ShenMai injection.Results Comparing to patients without ShenMai injection,the parameters related to the cardio-pulmonary function of patients in treatment groups show great enhancement,including the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),changes of white blood cell,plasma viscosity,and D-dimer concentration(P<0.05).Moreover,the intestinal exhaust time of patients and median length of hospital stay are reduced after the treatment of ShenMai injection(P<0.05).Conclution With the enhancement of microcirculation of pancreas after the treatment of ShenMai injection,tissue tolerance of pancreas to oxygen privation is greatly improved,resulting in the decreasing formation of oxygen free radicals,and hence alleviating pathological changes of pancreas,reducing the blood viscosity,and improvement on cardio-pulmonary function of patients suffering from severe acute pancreatitis.
