Observation On Clinical Curative Effect Of Treating Knee Osteoarthritis With WuFu Decoction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of WuFu Decoctionand XianLinGuBao Capsuletherapy in patients of Knee Osteoarthritis clinical effectiveness and safety comprehensive assessment of WuFu Decoction,provide the basis for clinical application.Methods Randomized controlled trial was used in this study,patients with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in outpatient clinic were be study.86 patients who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 43 cases in each group.The treatment group only to WuFu Decoction(The representative prescription of Ming Dynasty Zhang Jingyue,composed of Radix rehmanniae,Radix Codonopsis,angelica,Atractylodes,Licorice),the control group only by taking XianLinGuBao Capsule.Records of patients with general information,before and after treatment of VAS score,Lequesne score,effective rate,general health status.Collate data and use statistical software for analysis,and finally,to evaluate the curative effect of WuFu Decoction.Results In the treatment group,43 cases,drop-out 3 cases,43 cases in the control group,drop-out 2 cases,1 cases were excluded.Comparisonthe two groups of gender,age,course of the disease,body mass index,X-ray classification,before treatment VAS score,Lequesne score and health score no difference between groups,comparable.VAS score after treatment in both groups,the treatment group was 2.025± 1.187,the control group was 1.775±1.097,there was no significant difference(p=0.331>0.05).Total Lequesne integral,the treatment group was 10.525±3.537 before treatment,after treatment of 6.050±3.544,the difference before and after treatment(p=0.000<0.05);Control group was 10.425±3.999 before treatment,after treatment was 5.000±3.313,the difference before and after treatment(p=0.000<0.05).Between the two groups after treatment compared with no statistical difference(p=0.175>0.05).Each item score in Lequesne:knee walking ability score,the treatment group after treatment was 1.800±0.883,control group was 1.300±0.823 after treatment,the difference before and after treatment(p=0.000<0.05)in two groups,after treatment compared with difference between the two groups(p=0.011<0.05);The rest of the each score,there are differences before and after treatment in the group(p<0.05),after treatment compared with no difference between groups(p>0.05).Clinical control disease outcome comparison of traditional Chinese medicine:treatment group in 2 cases,11 cases were markedly effective,effective 20 cases,ineffective in 7,the total effective rate was 82.5%;Control group clinical control 4 cases,12 cases were markedly effective,effective 21 cases,ineffective in 3,the total effective rate was 92.5%,two groups total effective rate is no difference(p=0.256>0.05).The scores of general health status of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is 1.475±2.025,the control group is 2.625±2.630,there are differences between the groups after treatment(p=0.031<0.05)Conclusion WuFu Decoction treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis can significantly reduce knee pain,improve joint function,and can improve the body condition,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
