The idea of"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"of Huangdi Neijing study human rhythms. With the development of Chronobiology, the idea of"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"has being more valued. At present, the studies on"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"are limited in documentary research, such as putting material in order. The root problems of forming reasons, internal logical relation and so on has not been explored, so there are still lots of work to do. At experimental aspect, there exists an phenomenon that researchers ignore the corresponding character of"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms". The reason probably is researchers have not get enough understanding on the nature of five zang organs. In this article,"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"refers its broad sense. All the contents about rhythms in Neijing will be involved. Among them, the contents related to five zang organs, six fu organs and twelve meridians belong to the physiological part of"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms". Nine Square-Eight Direction Wind and Theory of Circuit Qi belong to the pathogenesis part. The Chinese ancestors developed the idea of"zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"based on the idea of"Heaven round and Earth square", using primitive thinking style, formed their knowledge system that manifested by Shushu, characterized by suiting to the time."zang-organs qi correspond to nature rhythms"had been ensued from this. The author holds the theory yin-yang and five elements are believed that based on the idea of"Heaven round and Earth square"."Heaven round and Earth square"can be divided into three kinds of model, including"亞"-shape model,Nine Square model and Six Ren model.In"亞"-shape model, we explore the properties of five zang organs. It is five elements that determined five zang organs. TCM considerations on five zang organs are science connecting culture, looking mixing thinking. The concrete medical practice make the relationship between five zang organs and five elements transform from position model to function model. Our ancestor summarizied the changes by Qi movement as five categories: birth, growth, transformation, harvest and storage, thus five zang organs were believed to be the material bases of the Qi movement. In the discussion to"four seasons-five zang organs-yin yang", we do not think"five seasons"is a regular word, so do not agree the statement of"five zang organs correspond to five seasons". As for the idea of"king-prisoner of five zang organs", we believe generation among the five elements is in accordance with"Heaven round and Earth square". It actually is the expression of solidifying time and flowing space. But restriction among the five elements comes from the properties of five materials, so it is not uniform with four seasons-five directions. It is not necessary to explore the contents about restriction among the five elements. About the problem why TCM explain relation of five zang organs and clinic treatment by restriction among the five elements, we assure generation and restriction among the five elements here had been adapted and changed, they already were not the primitive style.About the modern experiment research on five zang organs, we think the best method is separate physical model and function model. At the aspect of physical model, we can seek the material bases. But this method has self-limitations, the more microcosmic research gets, the more evidence can be obtained for function model. In the aspect of function model, we should pay attention to Qi movement in human body, and should not be affected by physical model. The difference of two model mainly is the difference of action and stillness. Function model have not special material bases, my supervisor, professor Yan Jianhua has pointed"non-special corpuscle moving in accord with time and space", he believes the essence of function model is corpuscle in body change at aspect of number, ratio or distribution. In Nine Square model, we explore Nine organs and Nine Square-Eight Direction Wind. According to physical model, the five zang organs take dominating place in Nine organs. Considering Nine zang organs and"nine readings of three sections", although the concept of"nine readings of three sections"had been changed, it still keeps the character of physical model.About Nine Square-Eight Direction Wind, We think it was concerned with observing wind and waiting qi. The concept of Xu-weak wind in Neijing developed from"waiting eight directions wind on eight seasonal changes", raising the standpoint of"Xu-weak wind comes on time". We assert Xu-weak wind is the cause of a lot of disease, especially plague. In Neijing, it was believed the plague caused by Xu-weak wind, the latent pathogen. In Six Ren model,we discuss the"heaven-six and earth-five"and number of six fu organs. We assure the number of twelve months in one year determines twelve meridians. Although the pericardium meridian was not existed in early meridians system, but this system had been classified by arms and legs, so twelve meridians of two legs can be suited to twelve months a year. At last, the twelfth meridian had been added, build the perfect system of meridians circulation, and it could be classified by exterior and interior. In a word, the meridians theory is not only objective description, but also some subjective factors in it. Studying the nature of meridians should realize it.In the discussion of Theory of Circuit Qi,we do not think there exist"circuit qi calendar", we think Small Yun and Host Qi accord with nature rhythms, but Big Yun and Guest Qi are unlimited deduce on rhythms, we dispute spending money and spirit to prove this is reasonable. In short, Neijing understands human body on the basis of nature rhythms, emphasizing time structure of human body, laying particular stress on function model of human body.
