| The internal management of public hospitals often occurs incongruity,and the subsystems often fail to reach the agreed goals,and the situation of mutual buck passing occurs frequently,which leads to the delay of the strategic objectives of the hospital,which greatly increases the cost of organization and management.Therefore,collaborative management is the objective requirement of the efficient and automatic management of public hospitals,and also an important way to put the modern hospital management system into effect.Based on this,this paper focuses on the internal management of a public hospital,through the detailed demonstration of specific cases,carries on the in-depth research on the case object coordination mechanism,summarizes the experience and problems in the internal management coordination,in order to provide some help to the research on the internal management coordination of public hospitals and even the internal management coordination of the department organization.This paper starts from the theoretical level,first of all,studies the organization of public hospitals by using the theory of hierarchical organization by means of the method of research on the organizational form of universities.According to the characteristics of the organization of the bureaucracy,this paper analyzes the problems of administrative power generalization and superior academic power in the management process.Then,it demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of applying the management coordination theory to public hospitals Finally,according to the theory of management coordination,a framework of internal management coordination analysis is proposed to adapt to the characteristics of public hospitals.Secondly,this paper combines the theory level with the reality layer to carry on the case study.Chapter 4 will introduce the case situation,explain the basis of case selection and data collection process,then use a large number of cases to describe the case diagnosis according to the established analysis framework,and introduce the successful experience in the case.The fifth chapter demonstrates the defects and shortcomings of the case from three aspects: management cooperation theory,hierarchical organization structure and reality.Finally,the problems of internal coordination in 7 public hospitals are summarized.Then,combined with the overall situation of the case,the paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of intelligent information communication platform,strengthening the performance appraisal of coordination and balancing administrative power and academic power from the micro level;and from the macro level,it puts forward suggestions to improve the internal system of hospital and adopt more efficient and flat collaborative management mode. |
