| As the most basic material for medical activities,drugs not only concern the economic interests and personal safety of patients,but also affect the image of hospitals in society and their daily income.In 2012,the State Council issued the "main work arrangements for deepening the reform of the medical and health system in 2012",which announced that the reform of public hospitals would cancel the drug marques,so now public hospitals have implemented zero-differential sales of drugs,which makes it more necessary for hospitals to make efforts to realize effective drug management under the premise of low profit.Effective internal control of drugs in public hospitals can not only effectively control the cost and ensure the safety of drugs,but also improve the management system of hospitals and improve their competitiveness.In this paper,through case analysis,literature research,survey research methods,first of all to understand the public hospital drugs,the study of internal control and relevant theoretical knowledge,and then according to the F hospital drug procurement,warehousing,inventory management and acceptance,outbound management present situation,the four parts of the found F hospital organizational structure is not complete,drug emergency management ability is insufficient,drug quality cannot be guaranteed and has not been established perfect drug,drug cost budget management does not reach the designated position,the low degree of drug management informationization,drug management assessment and supervision of such problems as incomplete.The causes of these problems are analyzed from the perspective of internal control,including weak awareness of internal control and imperfect risk assessment mechanism.Finally,based on the problems in drug management in hospital F and the causes,Suggestions were put forward to optimize the internal control environment,pay attention to drug risk management,strengthen drug internal control measures,improve drug information and communication,and establish a sound drug supervision system.I hope to provide some references for the optimization of drug management in public hospitals by studying the internal control of drugs in hospital F. |
