management efficiency of public hospitals directly affects the quality and quantity of medical services provided by the society.With the rapid development of economy and society,the people pay more and more attention to health,the increasing demand for medical care and the overall supply of medical services is becoming more and more prominent.The current is to deepen the medical and health system reform crucial period,is to change the health development mode of the important period,andis also the major public hospitals health industry important opportunity for rapid development.According to the research report issued by the State Council Development Research Center,"China's medical and health system reform evaluation and recommendations" that China's health care system reform there are still a series of problems,its main performance is:medical and health inputs and output macro efficiency is relatively low,the lack of real health services fairness,and that
