| The development of medical and health care has always been a matter of national economy and people’s livelihood.Over the past 30 years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the domestic medical and health industry has also been rapid development.As the main force of medical and health undertakings,the scale and technical level of public hospitals have been greatly improved.However,there are also many problems,such as the more expensive medical expenses,the tense relationship between doctors and patients,and so on.At the same time,medical supplies are related to the hospital for medical aid activities in the most basic,good governance is the fundamental guarantee for the operation of the normal operation of the hospital,it is not only related to the patient’s life safety,but also for the public hospital is also related to its reputation in patients and their own economic interests.Based on the above background,through the management of medical supplies in public hospitals,and then control costs,meet the needs of internal management,and ultimately achieve the goal of enhancing the overall competitiveness of the hospital.This paper first reviews the domestic and foreign research situation of internal control,and then describes the internal control theory,which provides a theoretical support for the latter.In the case of the hospital for the internship,field investigation and understanding,and from the medical materials procurement process for each detail of a profound analysis.Finally,I accumulated in the C public hospital internship experience and understanding of the various problems in the procurement business,starting from the theory of internal control,analysis of the shortcomings of medical material procurement links,acupuncture and put forward improvement suggestions to these problems,try to optimize the internal control of medical material purchasing.Strive for public hospitals to establish and improve the internal control system to help. |
