Objective:The advantages and limitations of laparoscopic pancreatectomy and traditional open pancreatectomy were discussed by comparing their effects, recovery and complications. Methods:A total of 60 patients with pancreatic body and tail resection who met the admission criteria were selected from March 2016 to December 2018 in the General Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College.According to the different surgical methods, the patients were divided into laparoscopic surgery group and open surgery group.Based on the expert consensus on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of common complications after pancreatic surgery issued by the International Pancreas Research Group(ISGPS)in 2016,Yun was selected.SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the differences of age, sex, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, extubation time, white blood cell count, blood amylase count, hospitalization time and complications between the two groups. The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were compared and analyzed.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general information and pathology(such as age, sex, tumor size, malignant degree)(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant difference in bleeding volume and spleen-preserving rate between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the operation time of laparoscopic group was longer than that of open group(P < 0.05).3.There was no significant difference in WBC count, blood amylase count, incidence of complications and hospitalization time between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Laparoscopic pancreaticoccygectomy has no significant difference in hospitalization time,short-term efficacy and postoperative complications compared with open surgery.Laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible, and worth promoting.2.Laparoscopic surgery is less advantageous than open surgery in terms of operation time, which is related to laparoscopic technology itself and the proficiency of the operator.
