Objective:To compare the clinical results of laparoscopic distal pancreatcctomy(LDP)and open distal pancreatectomy(ODP),and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of LDP.Methods:The medical records of 28 patients undergone LDP and 24 patients undergone ODP from Jun.2016 to Dec.2017 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Postoperative leucocyte in LDP group was less than that in ODP group(P<0.05).The postoperative fasting time, postoperative pass gas time and ureter drawn time in LDP group was shorter than that in ODP group(P<0.05).Surgery duration in LDP was longer than ODP(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of spleen-preserving,intraoperative blood loss, incidence of postoperative complication between two groups(P>0.05).Pancreatic leakage was found in 8 cases in ODP group;and 10 cases of pancreatic leakage were found in LDP group. Conclusion:LDP is safe and reliable, and the short-term prognosis of LDP group is better than that of ODP group.
