production efficiency has been significantly improved.Information system management has gradually replaced the manual management mode.,which is more efficient in management efficiency and more accurate in management effects.At the same time,the big data analysis model and tools are loaded in the information system platform,which can analyze the user's behavior and construct a complete user portrait to achieve a deeper understanding of the user.The same is true in the medical field.With the rapid development of information technology,more and more hospitals are gradually promoting the application of mobile medical platforms.Patient users can realize the series of operations such as appointment registration,information inquiry and disease consultation through the mobile medical platform.At the same time,the mobile medical platform can collect the patient information through digital means,and the patient management can be better from the perspective of the hospital.From the patient's point of view,you can keep abreast of your condition and the progress of your visit to the hospital.The entire medical process will become more convenient,faster and more transparent.Although the mobile medical service platform can help the hospital to improve the management efficiency of patients from a functional perspective,patients can also be more aware of their own situation and achieve convenient self-management.From the actual situation,mobile medical platforms have been popular in recent years,but so far,the usage rate of mobile medical platforms is not high.The patient's willingness to use the mobile medical service platform needs to be further studied and discussed.ObjectivesExploring the current influencing factors affecting patients' willingness to use mobile medical platforms during the use of mobile medical platforms,and analyzing how these influencing factors affect patients'use of mobile medical platforms,that is,the specific impact mechanism.Therefore,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions for developing and perfecting the mobile medical platform,and provides reference for the hospital to promote the use of mobile medical platform and optimize the treatment process.Methods1.Literature analysisDetailed reading analysis of relevant research status and research results at home and abroad,and detailed classification of relevant research results.Based on this theory,we propose hypotheses,build models,and design questionnaires.2.Questionnaire surveyThe study was conducted randomly from October 2018 to January 2019 at a 3-A-grade general hospital.The survey included:basic personal situation,mobile medical platform awareness and usage.During the period,380 questionnaires were distributed and 356 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective recovery rate was 93.68%.3.Empirical analysisUsing Epidata3.1 to establish a database,using SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0 to statistically analyze the correlation between data,verify the structural equation model proposed in this paper,and finally draw the influencing factors of patients'willingness to use mobile medical platform and Specific impact relationship.4.Interview analysisIn the process of empirical research,due to the limitations of questionnaires,it is difficult to fully explain the willingness of some patients to use.This study is supplemented by interview analysis methods.When analyzing countermeasures,interviews with relevant managers and developers are also conducted.In order to propose a more practical countermeasures.ResultsThe total number of patients surveyed was 356 and 206 were female,accounting for 57.87%.The age of the respondents was generally low.of which 196 were 21-30 years old.accounting for 55.06%.In terms of education,240 had junior college./Bachelor's degree,accounting for 67.42%.At present,the promotion and promotion of mobile medical platforms is still insufficient,and 26.40%of people still do not know the mobile medical platform.More than half of the respondents used mobile medical platforms,with a specific number of 216,accounting for 60.67%.At present,WeChat public number link is the main channel currently using mobile medical platform,accounting for 51.12%.The vast majority of users use the mobile medical platform for hospital registration services,and other functions are used less.From the survey data,it can be seen that the current use of mobile medical platforms for information inquiry and basic consulting services.The results of data analysis showed that under the premise of model fit(SRMR=0.0319<0.05,RMSEA=0.068<0.08,NFI=0.921>0.9,NNFI=0.963>0.9 and CFI=0.966>0.9),the proposed study Seven assumptions were verified.Conclusion1.At present,the awareness rate and usage rate of mobile medical platforms are not high,and they have not been widely understood and used by patients.The promotion efforts are low,the channels are single,and the use effect is not satisfactory.2.The patient's willingness to use the mobile medical platform is influenced by six factors:social impact,ingenuity,performance expectation,hard work expectation,contributing factors and perceived risk,among which social impact,individuality,performance expectation,effort expectation,and contributing factors The five influencing factors have a positive impact on the patient's willingness to use the mobile medical platform,and the perceived risk has a negative impact on the mobile medical service platform.
