Clinical Study Of Yiqi Yuying Decoction In The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Defined As Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective: The aim of the essay is to observe the clinical efficacy of early Hashimoto's thyroiditis defined as deficiency of both qi and yin through Yiqi yuying decoction.The objective evaluation of efficacy and safety by observing the clinical laboratory and other related examination can have an effect on exploring the treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods: First,we should divide 60 patients into two groups according to randomized controlled principle.The patients are defined as deficiency both qi and yin and whose thyroid functions(FT3, FT4 and TSH)are in normal degree only with ATPO,ATG increased.The treatment group and control group are all 30 patients.Then control group was treated with a low iodine diet recommendation.The treatment group were given the Yiqi yuying decoction everyday on the basis of the control group?s treatment.All two groups were observed for one consecutive course which 3 months for each course.Finally,all patients should examine the laboratory thyroid function, ATPO and ATG antibody titers, thyroid ultrasonography before and after.To give a TCM symptom score for an evaluation.While observing the liver, renal and ECG changesdata for a safety observation.We use the SPSS17.0 software for a statistical analysis.Result: The results showed that:The later thyroid function compared with the former one showed no obvious decline in both two groups(P>0.05);Yiqi yuying decoction has obvious advantages in reducing the body immune antibodies than a simple low-iodine diet(P<0.05); The treatment group has an obvious effect on the thrinkness of thyroid left and right lobe and isthmus thickness than the control group(P<0.05); In terms of improving the clinical symptoms the treatment group showed an obvious improvement in symptoms than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment group has an better effect on alleviating the clinical symptoms and thrinkness of thyroid left and right lobe and isthmus thickness and reducing the body immune antibodies than the control group in the early stage of HT.
