| Objective: This study aims to use strength training combined with dedrogesterone to conduct intervention study on non-obese PCOS patients, and observe the changes of anthropometric indexes and related medical indicators of non-obese PCOS patients before and after intervention,so as to provide a new way for exercise intervention on PCOS.Methods: Based on the standards of obesity for Chinese people,74 cases of 18 to 40year-old non-obese(BMI < 28 kg/m2)patients with PCOS of spleen deficiency who saw their doctors in gynecology clinic of a Grade 3 hospital of Ningde during the period from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the objects of this study. These objects were divided into 2 groups of 37,the control group only took dydrogesterone while the experimental group took dydrogesterone and participate self-weight training and small equipment based strength training intervention for 12 weeks(3 times a week,60 minutes each time).Under the same conditions before and after the intervention, the body measurements,PCOS diagnostic criteria, spleen deficiency syndrome, sex hormone levels, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism of the subjects were tested.Among them, the anthropometric measurement using Korean Inbody270 human body composition analyzer,PCOS diagnostic criteria index according to the 2018 edition of China polycystic ovary syndrome diagnosis and guide China statistics high androgen levels, number and circumstance of the menstrual cycle, the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine "spleen deficiency" data using diagnosis and scoring table of the spleen deficiency in the diagnosis of scoring, sex hormone levels, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism index adopted early follicular phase on an empty stomach take blood tests.Statistical software SPSS21.0 was used for analysis.Paired sample t test was used to compare the differences between the indicators before and after intervention in the group, and independent sample t test was used to compare the differences between the indicators before and after intervention in different groups. Results: 1.Human body measurement index: after the intervention, body weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio and body fat ratio in the experimental group all decreased compared with those before the intervention, with highly significant differences(P<0.01),and skeletal muscle content increased with highly significant differences(P<0.01).After the intervention, the body weight,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio and body fat rate of the experimental group were all lower than those of the control group, but the waist-to-hip ratio and body fat rate were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Skeletal muscle content in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.PCOS Chinese diagnostic criteria: by longitudinal comparison, the number of patients with hyperandroidemia in the experimental group decreased after intervention compared with that before intervention, and the difference was highly significant(P < 0.01).The number of normal menses in the experimental group and the control group increased after the intervention compared with that before the intervention, and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, after intervention, the number of hyperandrogenemia patients in the experimental group decreased and the number of normal menstrual cycle patients increased, with significant differences(P<0.05).3.Index of "spleen deficiency syndrome" in traditional Chinese medicine: in longitudinal comparison, the diagnostic score of "spleen deficiency syndrome" in the experimental group decreased after intervention compared with that before intervention, reaching below the diagnostic threshold of "spleen deficiency syndrome" with highly significant difference(P<0.01).In terms of horizontal comparison, after intervention, the diagnosis score of spleen deficiency syndrome in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).4.Indicators of sex hormone, glucose metabolism, and lipid metabolism: after the intervention, the indicators of sex hormone LH,LH/FSH,and T in the experimental group all decreased compared with those before the intervention, with highly significant differences(P<0.01).FINS,FPG and homa-ir,the indexes of glucose metabolism, all decreased significantly compared with those before the intervention(P<0.01).Lipid metabolism indexes TC,TG and ldl-c all decreased compared with those before intervention, among which TC and TG showed highly significant differences(P<0.01)and ldl-c showed significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of horizontal comparison, after intervention, the sex hormone indexes of LH,LH/FSH and T in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was highly significant(P<0.01).The FINS,FPG and homa-ir in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences in FINS and homa-ir were highly significant(P<0.01),and the differences in FPG were significant(P<0.05).The lipid metabolism indexes of TC,TG and ldl-c in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were highly significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: Strength exercise intervention combined with diazoprogesterone drug intervention can effectively improve the "spleen deficiency syndrome" of non-obese PCOS patients by improving their muscle strength, which can effectively improve their menstrual cycle and hyperandrogenemia,as well as their sex hormone levels, glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism indexes. |
