Objective: In this study, the(JOA)scores of ADS were compared with a self-made scale. The scores of patients before and after manual reduction and follow-up were collected and recorded on the two scoring tables, and then the scoring data were statistically analyzed, and the two tables were longitudinal analyzed; And combined score difference is worth period, efficient, and combined with two self rating scale difference is worth out period, efficient, with likert satisfaction questionnaire scale(L-S)analysis of patient satisfaction with the degree of curative effect before and after the reset interval of horizontal comparison, evaluation of ADS before and after manual reduction of curative effect. Conclusion Compared with the cervical(JOA)scoring scale, the self-made scale is more comprehensive and sensitive in the evaluation of ADS before and after manual reduction, which provides a reliable evaluation method for the treatment plan and efficacy evaluation of atlantoaxial disorder syndrome patients. Methods: A total of 30 patients ADS who were diagnosed by the same physician’s manipulative reduction were analyzed in the spinal orthopedics clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University.JOA score before and after reduction,self-made scale score,Likert satisfaction scale(L-S)score score was completed after reduction. The patients were followed up regularly in the outpatient department, and the scores of cervical spine(JOA)and the self-made scale were recorded 1,3 and 6months after reduction. The collected data were analyzed by statistical methods to complete the clinical efficacy evaluation of the self-made scale for manual reduction in the treatment of ADS.Results: After the reduction, the scores of the cervical spine daily(JOA)scale and the self-made scale increased to different degrees compared with those before the reduction, and the difference of the self-made scale was higher. The grading group after reduction of the two tables was significantly higher than that before reduction, and the paired t-test was P < 0.05,and the paired t-test was P < 0.05.The difference was statistically significant. The improvement rate and effective rate of the two forms were compared with the satisfaction interval of Likert Satisfaction Questionnaire(L-S).Results The improvement rate and effective rate of the self-made scale before and after reduction and follow-up were basically consistent with the satisfaction score of Likert Scale(L-S).The improvement rate and effective rate of cervical(JOA)scale were different from the satisfaction score of Likert(L-S)scale.Conclusion:The self-made scale has certain clinical guiding significance in the evaluation of curative effect before and after manual reduction in patients with ADS,and it is better than cervical(JOA)score.
